Huonoa: Henkilökunta ja palvelu ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
I was coming to town for my Grad school graduation. I booked 2 rooms well in advance. The website gives an option to pay at booking or at check in, and I chose to pay when we got there. I got a text from the hotel the morning of check in confirming my reservation, but when I got to the hotel to check in they told me my reservation had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. They just told me I’d have to call Expedia, but I didn’t have time for all that, I had to get ready for my graduation.
I ended up having to get ready for graduation in my car, changing clothes, doing hair and makeup in the parking lot of the school. At the ceremony I found an Airbnb and we went and stayed there.
Also, when we got to the hotel/casino there were zero signs telling us where to go. With 3 different hotels there should be signs telling you where to go to park and check in for each one. Figuring out where to go was super confusing and we burned so much time just trying to find out where to go.
Totally bummed my trip went this way. I was so excited to stay at the hotel and use the spa. :(
