”We have stayed at this location many times. It is always our choice when visiting Greenville. Location is awesome! Always a great time and very friendly service. However, on our day of check out, housekeeping busted into our room at 10:30am without knocking. We also had the “Still Sleeping” card hanging on the outside of the door. This has never happened before but really caught us off guard. ”

”Great weekend getaway for our anniversary in downtown Greenville. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The continental breakfast was good as well with plenty to choose from. My only suggestion, bring your own pillow. The pillows are small which made it a little hard for me to sleep. ”

”What a gem this hotel is! I didn't realize it is in a suburban area, but that was great because there was plenty of room for beautiful gardens and walkways. Everything about the hotel was very upscale with a high taste level. I found the staff to be particularly outstanding. They were as friendly and professional as I have found at any world class resort. The food was fantastic. I will be back again.”

”Everything’s was great overall, especially the staff. The hotel was overall clean. They are working on getting more updated. We liked the espresso machine in the lobby. ”Negatives: the bathroom door always swung to close. Not usually a problem but it made a loud popping noise when opened as the door would stick. The person above me was heard well while getting ready to go in the morning . Didn’t hear people on hallway. Pros: Bed was very comfortable!
