”I was down looking at various properties ti purchase fir my wife and I. Laurie's place was right between the areas we were looking in, close to Venice and Englewood. The unit was clean, neat, stocked with necessities like coffee, tea and accessories. Ahe even bought a camping cot to accomodate a friend of mine from Michigan that has a place in Clearwater for a night. It is now available in the Goose's Shed for othwrs.Great stay and attentive hist.others. ”

”A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold.
