”The outdoors of the property are awesome, great patio with a grill and a separate fire pit. The second floor is upgraded and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Really the areas that could have made the stay even better is the cleaning crew cleaning the dog hair better off the furniture and some of the bedding, some minor spider webs, and if there was a tea/hot water kettle. Overall a pleasant stay. ”

”My wife and I are big readers and wanted to get away, unplug, and have a cozy place to read and relax. The upstairs loft was perfect to lounge around in and the kitchen was perfect for all of our needs as well. Super responsive host for questions as well, we'll definitely be returning. ”

The owner responded to my messages quickly prior to the stay and we didn't need to contact her at all while we were there. ”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”Aside from being a bit pushy about viewing their “not a timeshare” show, everyone was very nice, the grounds were clean, the hot tub worked fine, and the accommodations had absolutely everything we needed. A few pots and pans, a microwave, hot plate, dishes, and all basic kitchen and dining ware made the stay very nice. There wrre extra towel and blankets too. Would definitely stay here again. ”
