”Location relative to the Pool is excellent. Cleanliness of the Condo was good. It had a skunk smell when we arrived. We cleared it quickly. The grounds and pool area was not cleaned daily. There were crews working on cleaning so maybe we were there at a bad time. This complex has many owners using their properties. The owners were very friendly with the renting guests. We will return to Legacy again”

”The condo was beautiful and perfect for our trip to WDW! It was as described, and the private patio was a plus. My two boys and I enjoyed our stay here very much, it had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Shops, restaurants, and activities were conveniently located within a short driving distance. We highly recommend this property!”

”We spent over a week here with our 8 adult kids and spouses. It was big enough that we didn't feel too crowded. The property management team was very responsive to any concerns we had. The house was clean and ready for us and the pool was warm to allow swimming no matter the weather. However, some of the furnishings and carpet are outdated and linens are worn (frayed towels and bed sheets). The kitchen was lacking some basic supplies that would have made cooking easier. ”

”We came down from the Panhandle to celebrate our daughter’s 5th bday @ Magic Kingdom. Legacy Dunes was everything we needed! The pics were true to the property, which is a plus! As Annual Pass holders, we’re always looking for affordable locations. This was great for me, hubby & our two youngest daughters. Plenty of space & stuff to do! Contact with mgt. was easy. Unfortunately, there were a few ants in the bedroom closets and on the kitchen counter; we were unable to get the issue resolved...

”La localisation est parfaite pour aller aux parcs de Walt Disney. Tout était parfait dans l’appartement à l’exception qu’il devrait y avoir un linge à vaisselle et un ouvre bouteille à vin. De plus, le lave vaisselle devrait être fixé au comptoir puisqu’il sort toujours lorsque l’on sort le tiroir ainsi que le bain dans la chambre des maîtres aux deuxième étage devrait être débouché puisque l’eau ne s’écoule pas convenablement. Merci pour le séjour nous avons apprécié ”

”Even with the weather being colder than we would have liked. We definitely enjoyed the stay! Everyone had their own bathroom, comfy beds and clean house. The microwave didn’t work but the owner responded quickly and had a new one brought over the same day. My ONLY “complaint” per se is that the tub in the master bath is a nice soaking tub but only the shower works. My suggestion would be beach towels in the house, only because people who fly in may appreciate having that extra space in luggage...
