8th Floor - Gorgeous full views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our housekeeping crew strictly follows CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Renovated. Complete kitchen remodeled. Stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout.

Pelican beach resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many family friendly restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, & more! Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. New queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath.

Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Non-smoking only - strictly enforced.

Super cute condo on the beach. Great location and views.Most food was 10 minutes in either direction.The place was super clean and had great seating area. Looks like thr picutes, I had two teenage girls use the pull out couch and we still had enough room. I had to work on this trip and internet was very good.I really enjoyed it.Pro tip- call la vida dolche in advance if you want beach chairs. 2 chairs and an umbrella is about 50 bucks a day and they are booked out way in advance. If your booking here and want chairs and umbrella def call ahead orherwise its very hard to get any, during high season.

Stayed for 8 nights. Beautiful and very clean. And you can’t beat the view from the balcony. Get the pizza in the cafe. You won’t be disappointed. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Weekend getaway to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. This condo was perfect for my daughter and her two cousins. Laura was excellent! I wanted to surprise my daughter even more by having the condo decorated. She put me in touch with someone and she helped make it happen! Condo was very clean, beds super comfy. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived a couple hours early but we were able to go ahead and receive our arm bands to hang out on the beach/pool. Received a text message as soon as the condo was ready for us. View from the balcony was beautiful! Great view of the ocean and right above the pool area. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! First, it was very clean and we felt comfortable right away. The host was very kind and outreached me at the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach was beyond what we expected! Our favorite part was playing on t he beach! We had an amazing week! The resort is fully staffed and secure. We loved having the ocean front view. The resort is busy but we never felt over crowded. There were times at the pool there wasn't seating available many families would save seating with towels. The chair/canopy service for the beach was great to work with with young kids we rented a canopy a few times for them to play under and be shaded from the sun. The tiki bar is amazing, you can order lunch and eat by the beach, the drinks are spendy but good! Must eats are Dewey's Destin and AJ's. The resort staff was super nice. We will be back!

This property was just right for our family! With two adults and two young children (3 and 5 years old), we had the perfect amount of space to vacation comfortably. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and we appreciated having separate bathrooms.Beautiful overlook of the beach and so easy to pop in and out of the pools, beach and condo throughout the day.We’d definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and close to everything! Host was very organized and involved! She checked in with us on our first day to make sure we got checked in ok and was available at any time if we needed. Loved the beautiful ocean front view and watched dolphins in the morning while sipping my coffee! Tiki bar and pool are a great addition to the beach! The kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation accommodation! I loved the family picture with recommendations a lot! We took several of the recommendations and enjoyed them all! Thank you!

We loved staying here and had such a relaxing time from start to end. We were so close to anything we needed; fresh seafood markets, great restaurants, stores for whatever you forgot, and of course… the beach! The view is incredible, we even had some suspect weather and it didn’t even matter. We enjoyed the hot tub, pools, Tiki Bar, and our balcony the most. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly.Hope to come back one day!

Stayed for two weeks and was very pleased with our accommodations. From the time we made the reservations, arrival at the Condominium and during our stay Laura, the Condo owner, made contact with us to make sure everything went well. The Condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. All amenities at the property are very well maintained. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend this for anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing experience right on the ocean.

The property was perfect for our trip. It had all the essentials for an 11 day stay. Upon arrival, after the once in a lifetime January snowstorm, the condo was very clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf and walking on the beach. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive before, during and after our trip. She was friendly to chat with as well. The weather was cool, so we didn’t use the pools, but they were well maintained. We would definitely again stay at this condo and recommend this property.

This condo is just lovely and in the perfect beachfront location with an outstanding view of the gorgeous ocean and sugary white sand. It was chilly during our stay but sitting on the balcony with a hot beverage listening to the shore sounds was so comforting and relaxing. Check-in process was a breeze and everyone was so nice. Covered parking is available just a short walk from the building and was not an issue at this time of the year (January). Condo is well-appointed and exceptionally clean. We wish the pillows were a little softer but that's such a personal preference so not an issue at all. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were dealing with a major winter storm disruption and the owners were so accommodating with changes to our stay and also with the guests that were occupying the condo prior to our reservation. It worked out well for all of us and thankfully we missed the snowfall the week after us. Very much appreciated. We did not use any of the on-site restaurant facilities so I can't comment on them. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic needs and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker if coffee is an important part of your day. This condo is 5 stars and I would also recommend a trip to the Air Force Museum near the airport which we found to be really interesting and a nice tribute to the history of those who serve.

The condo is right on the beach, and has both a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a fitness center. The apartment is beautiful, decorated with a beach theme in blue and white and has ample cooking facilities and dishes. Recommend Vintij restaurant in Sandestin for lunch and the donut hole for breakfasts.
