”This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway....

”Friends and I enjoyed our week at Casa Canal. Stu the property manager was very responsive and house was tidy- two negatives- the house reeked of smoke which was very unpleasant. The pool area lacked any comfortable seating. The gate was also broken the entire week, so for 4 women in our 60s opening and closing a steel gate threw a few backs out.i guess that’s three negatives”

Short walk to beach , but do realize this location is on a hill so the walk is steep. ”This house is situated perfectly on the beach. The home was immaculate. The added bonus of the upper deck looking over the ocean was exceptional. The owner , Rusty, was great. Any questions were quickly answered and attended to. If you are traveling to Rincón I highly recommend this home. ”

”This condo was very clean. Very nice location. Nice condo & complex. Good security for site. Property management was good to work with. The furnishings were spartan. The family room did not have furniture. The living room had wicker furnishings. The kitchen was minimally supplied. Good stock of spices. All appliances worked well, except blender/juicer. Air conditioning worked great. We had to get used to disposing of used toilet paper in trash vise flushing down toilet. This is becoming common...

”The house was perfect for the 3 couples, the house was on a private beach, had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, cooler...etc everything you need for a beach trip. Super clean and well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with the owners including events happening in the area. We even went to an unexpected concert to see El Gran Combo. You can walk to dinner or brunch right from the beach. I highly recommend this home.”

Tamara the property manager was absolutely wonderful she was so kinda and helpful thru out the whole stay. Beach was right there and the water perfect. ”Beautiful home with a stunning view of the ocean. The living space was open and the 5 ensuites made it comfortable and private. The kitchen space was good for shared cooking experiences. The pool was spectacular and definitely the most loved part of the entire property. Unless you want to drive to the beach (we didn't) the walk down to beach access is pretty daunting. Not everyone in our party could make it - there is no path, just the road, that has a very steep pitch and was traveled pretty...

”We loved our stay here. It was my husband and 3 Of our kids. It was directly on a beautiful beach that stretched for miles. It was virtually empty. The condo was fully stocked. It was wonderful have beach towels and gear that we did not need to bring. Having a washing machine was also very helpful. The location was perfect close to everything but you do need a car. Owner was responsive and easy to reach Overall we were very happy”
