The Space:
Experience your lakeside retreat in our quaint and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Our farmhouse-style kitchen and large open dining area make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals or just a quick breakfast before heading off to explore the city. An abundance of natural light adds to the welcoming and serene feeling you'll experience while staying in our unit. In such a quiet location with a beautiful lake for your backyard, you may find yourself cozying up and taking in the view more often than not!
If you do want to get out, you’ll be about seven miles from the city center with easy access to the Westminster Light Rail B-Line. The Light Rail provides easy access to downtown Denver without having to drive your car. You are also just minutes away from Denver's main thoroughfares, I70 and I25. Even closer to home, you’ll be a short drive from the locally sourced restaurants, craft cocktails, and boutique shopping of Olde Town Arvada. Enjoy the variety of parks, hikes and bike trails all within a quick drive away. Whether you prefer outdoor adventures, urban explorations, or simply relaxing by the water, our property's unique location will give you a bit of everything.

We recommend having a car to explore the surrounding areas.

There are no pets allowed or children under 12 years of age allowed.
There are no parties or events allowed at the rental.
Due to HOA rules, there is no lake use allowed. This includes swimming and kayaking.
Transportation: We recommend a rental car or Uber to get to most restaurants, shopping and other activities. To get to Downtown Denver we are a short $13 Uber ride. We also recommend the Fast Tracks Train. It is a 4 minute ride to get to or a 20 minute walk and this will give you direct access to Downtown without having to drive.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
