”This home was so welcoming and easy to stay at! Without fuss, I cooked up groceries we bought and walked the dog to a near by park. After dinner we took a short drive to play darts and were welcomed by the neighborhood bar as if we were locals. When my husband snored too loud, the additional guest rooms were just as comfortable as the master. ”We had a short visit in October and this place was great. Impossibly clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed for our family. So convenient to have grocery stores a block away. 68th street is a busier road, but only at morning and evening commute times. ”We are Pewaukee residents and known about the “boat house”for years. When we found it was available thru VRBO, we jumped on it. We had family from Texas visiting for a long week end, we reserved the boathouse. I can sum up there view of the house as fantastic. Not only was it unique, it was clean and fully equipped for their stay. Will definitely sign up for another stay.”

”The home was beautiful, clean and a joy call our place for a few days. The game room a hit for all and the views over the lake wonderful. The master bedroom and bathroom were filled with little surprises that were delightful. Our 2 1/2 year grandson had fun watching the birds come eat out of the feeder attached to the window. ”Very clean, spacious property. Worked out well for us and our grown children and grandchildren. A couple of issues I will mention are no extra linens or towels were provided. Only what was out on the bed and one towel per person, which with young children could become an issue. The biggest thing we noticed was the lack of smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. ”I was born and raised in Milwaukee and have 3 different family members that live within a few miles of this property. The house is cute, clean, nicely updated and well taken care of. Only suggestions would be with 1 bathroom it would be helpful for a mirror to be in each of the lower bedrooms to help when people are getting ready and a vacuum on the premises would also be a nice addition. Otherwise, everything else was pleasantly appointed. Would definitely stay here again on another visit.”
