”Everything was really nice and smooth. The staff was really helpfull and the location was really good bunch of restaurants and bars as well as close to the central Station. The only thing to mention negatively was the flooring was made of wood so the noise’s from the upper floor come through, so depending the neighbor it could be noisy. ”

”The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. Unfortunately there was a lot of serious arguing that we could hear from those staying in the apartment next door through all hours of...

”Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs.”

”I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen.”

”Beautifully decorated comfortable chic home and the sofa bed is full size double & comfy. Only downside is it’s not that practical if you plan to cook all your meals in the flat. No cupboard space for groceries, kitchen pots etc are in the bedroom, couldn’t find a frying pan. Was easier to eat out or get takeaways. Bathroom is of high standard but tight on space with no where to put a wash bag or makeup bag or even a toothbrush. Also I would suggest owner puts a proper door on the side room...

”We loved the location of the apartment - super close to the train and bus lines and very walkable to all the neighborhoods we love in the West End. The restaurants and cafes nearby were endless which was a delight. The apartment is quite large which is great, and if you are planning on working the wi-fi was one of the fastest we had on our trip. The only note I'd say is if you're hoping to stay for a longer stay and cook a bit the set-up is a bit limited (for example we never found scissors)....
