”New Avon Apartments provided us a good accommondation for our 2-day-stay in Dar. The location is ideal; good food, the zanzibar ferry, bus stations and the city center all in walking distance. The apartment itself is fairly simple but it has all basic necessities (big bed, bathroom, small kithenette and nice views to watch the hassle of the city). The check-in and check-out times were flexible. ”

”I didn't like anything due to the fact we couldn't even find the place in the beginning because it's not an actual hotel. The staff reported my reservations was cancel which was not true so leaving me to think I'm in another country with no where to stay. The place was not clean and look nothing like the picture with the decorations. We had to ask for cleaning supplies the first night just to take a shower and not be discussed. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I'm not the one to do...
