”I will give this place five stars because the hosts were very commutative and gracious, also the place was adorable and in a great location. I will say however, the ad does not state that it’s an attached duplex home, (we found out after we booked) the adjoining neighbors are thumpy (kids I’m assuming) and they leave their porch light on all night long, which lights up the one room like broad daylight. I would suggest black out curtains, as I had to use a sleep mask to be able to get any rest. ”

”We stayed at the Rocky Ridge retreat. Nice little place two bdrms. Was close enough to be in Hudson Oaks or Weatherford quickly, yet far enough out to be relaxed. Leeann was a great hostess. The king bed was super comfy. The only real complaint is this tome of year it is still a bit warmer than i'd like at night but enjoyed things very much”

”This is by far one of the coolest little places we’ve ever stayed at. There were so many details that define a treehouse that you will continue to notice throughout the whole stay. Yet, super comfortable and inviting. We just needed a day/night away for our anniversary and this was on point. We loved it. And Jayme is very nice. Thank you. ”

”I visit friends in the upper Dallas region fairly consistently and in my opinion the local hotel properties have gone down in quality while going up in price. This property was far better than a hotel room and I really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a comfy living room and bedroom. Wi-fi worked fine as well for work zoom calls.”

”This beautiful 4 bedroom home is literally a few steps away from the SMU football stadium. We had our SMU 35th reunion, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed having a lovely living space, kitchen, bedrooms etc and parking. We loved our morning walks around Highland Park and to coffee at Starbucks! Thank you for a fabulous stay! We can’t wait to stay here again!!”
