”Yövyimme kaksi yötä kohteessa. Ilmainen parkkitila tarkoitti katuparkkia, missä ei ollut tilaa. Varausta tehdessä luvattiin päivittäinen siivous - sitä ei ollut. Majoituspaikan ulko-ovella haisi kissanpissa ja sisällä ummehtunut haju. Ilma oli kostea, wc-pytyssä jonkun toisen ralliraidat ja lattiat wc-tiloissa olivat pehmenneet. Pytty tuntui kaatuvan kun siihen istui. Suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt ja seisoit omassa pesuvedessä, eikä suihku sammunut näppäimestä painamalla vaan jumittui päälle....

”A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. ”

”The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road.”

”My wife and I stayed for three nights. We had a wonderful time; the hosting was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. My wife's birthday was on Friday, and Sheila, the owner, gave us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. The breakfast was beautiful, and the choice was exceptional. We are incredibly grateful to the Rosita Hotel for going the extra mile in all aspects of our stay. Thank you.”
