Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. ”The staff couldn’t do enough. Everyone was so friendly and polite. I am wheat free and every morning they would always get me some gf toast, quickly and from the kitchen on a separate toaster. The same in the evenings as we are at Ginos twice. Every time we came back to our room they topped up fresh cans of water in the fridge. Highly recommend and will be back!”
