Nauti perheen loma tässä 4 makuuhuoneen / 4 kylpyhuoneen Black Bear Condo sijaitsee vuoren Mt. Crested Butte. Tässä huoneistoissa on 2 parveketta, joista on panoraamanäkymät Mt. Crested Butte ja Crested Butte -kaupungin alas laakso-spektaakkeli ja sen taustat vuoristoalueilta. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kadulta pääsee West Wall Quad tuolihissiin, joka palvelee aloittelijoita ja edistyneitä ajoja. Koe tämä helppo pääsy koko vuorelle ja hiihtolomalle elämää!

Kesäkuukausina kuuntele elävää musiikkia (vapaasti keskiviikkoisin) jännittävän retkeily-, pyöräily- tai vaelluspäivän jälkeen alppihiutaleiden avointen niittyjen kuluttua Coloradon Wildflower Capitalissa.

Tässä 4 makuuhuoneen huoneistoissa on 2 master-sviittiä, joissa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, kuten suihkut ja porealtaat. Jokainen 2 ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta on varustettu 2 erillistä vuodetta 1 huoneen ja 1 queen-vuode toisessa. Näihin huoneisiin vieressä on käytävällä olevat kylpyhuoneet, joissa on suihkukaappi. Täydellinen koko perheelle lomaileville!

Luo upeita aterioita täysin varustetulla gourmet-keittiöllä, joka on korostettu graniittityylillä. Laitteessa on mukavuudet, kaasuliesi, 3 televisiota, 1 DVD-soitin, pinottu pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ilmainen Wi-Fi.

Ulkona yhteinen alue on varustettu poreallas, kaasugrilli ja patio istuimet, täydellinen après ski tai kesällä grillata. Jos säälimiö saapuu, siirry mukavaan ja tilavaan aula-alueeseen, jossa on 52 tuuman litteänäyttöinen HD-TV ja ilmainen Wi-Fi. Ski-kaapit ovat aulan vieressä, ja ne antavat talvella runsaasti hiihto- ja boot-varastoja. Aula on suojattu Black Bearin asiakkaille.

Nauti kätevien pysäköintitilojen mukavuudesta alemman tason lämmitettävässä autotallissa vain muutaman askeleen päässä hissiä. Tarjotut matkatavarakärryt ovat käytettävissänne ajoneuvosi lastaamisessa ja purkamisessa.

Beautiful place
Great location, clean, all the things you could ask for. Perfect spot to watch the fireworks. Spotted deer and elk every morning with my Binoculars from the balcony. Owners left a sweet gift bag, too!

This is a very well stocked condo! Layout is also great with each bedroom having a bathroom. Living area might be a bit small if you had 8 adults, but who stays inside when you are in Colorado?? The location to the west wall lift was also great. Just a short walk across the street. My 7 year old said, “it is kid approved!”

Great Family Ski/Snow Location!
We had family ages 8 months to 60+ in this 4 bedroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The living area is on the small side for being a 4-bedroom and the lack of dining room table was not ideal, but we made it work. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of towels and linens. The large heated lobby was great for congregating in the mornings getting ready for skiing and the open slope immediately next to the building was perfect for sledding and playing in the snow! Bus pick up right outside the door was convenient. Walking to the west wall lift took a few minutes and some effort in ski boots, though it was still more convenient than taking the bus. We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear and will def be back to CB in the future!

Awesome Vacation
This property is wonderful, 2 King bedrooms both with full bathrooms and 2 Queen rooms with their on bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Very short walk to the Ski Lifts. Will definitely stay here again!

Very Clean
Property was very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, ceiling fan and box fan (made it feel like home for us Okies). The kitchen was well stocked for the kind of cooking we did. Location is stunning and rather quiet for it being in a condo setting. Close to town, but not in all the bustle. Parking was close for the truck and trailer we brought, and parked one car in the secure garage. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect place for a summer stay in Crested Butte
Lovely, spacious condo...perfect place for our family to stay while enjoying the hiking, fishing, and beautiful wildflowers in the Crested Butte area. The unit was well stocked and super clean. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the porches. Washer and dryer in unit and parking beneath the building are additional pluses. We would definitely stay again!

Girls Ski Trip
Black Bear Lodge was perfect for our annual ski trip. The condo was beautiful and had a perfect layout. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was great. Very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The easy walk to the lift made this very close to a ski in-ski out. Free bus pick up right outside the front door was so convenient. We would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay in Crested Butte
Came to stay with some friends for a long weekend and had the most amazing stay. The place is extremely spacious, very clean, and had everything you need to stay for a longer trip. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing property!!
We had a wonderful stay in Crested Butte at this beautiful property! We traveled with 3 teenagers, 2 small children, and 2 adults and were extremely comfortable. The condo is excellently equipped and we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which we hugely appreciated! The location is amazing - the nearest lift is just a short walk away (less than five minutes!!). We had a wonderful stay!!

We keep coming back
We love staying at this property. We do an annual ski trip alternating between Crested Butte and Steamboat, and we’ve stayed here four times. The layout is great for us and the access to the slopes can’t be beat. The hot tub is an important feature too! We can also easily get to town and other activities, like snow shoeing and Xcountry. Love it!

Nice place and great location
This is the second time we stayed in this unit at Black Bear Lodge for a long ski weekend. The interior is clean and well laid out, the owners are very responsive and the location is hard to beat, as it's a very short walk to the lifts. The heated garage parking and luggage carts are an added bonus, making loading and unloading your stuff much more pleasant than outdoor parking.
