”Lovey resort for families with children, fabulous pool with kind pool attendant & exceptional customer service on reception (young male reception ist) great parking, large lounge area/dining facilities. Great playpark out the back & across the car park was another amusement arcade with large soft play/cafe our daughter loved it. Only downside was the rooms were a bit tired, lacked attention to detail you would expect from a Scottish Highland Hotel. Other than that we had a great stay”

”Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place.”
