With a surface area of 17 m², this studio can accommodate 2 travelers and is composed as follows: bright living space with sofa bed, open and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a garden to enjoy the sea air.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Cleaning to be done by the tenants.

On Tuesday and Friday very nice market in the center of Courseulles.

The fish market takes place every day along the port and you will find a more general market on Tuesdays and Fridays in the city center.

- The apartment is located on the ground floor.
- The keys will be given by key box.
- Sheets and towels not provided. Size of the sheets (160x200cm).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- The apartment does not have internet access
- Animals are not accepted
