”We loved this property. The home was beautiful, the furnishings, the location. On a quiet street in downtown Summerville with gorgeous trees. The porch was my favorite area perfect for relaxing. It is very close to downtown Summerville, a nice area to walk around. The house was stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. I would highly recommend this stay. ”

”The suite is nice and well done and the surroundings are quite pretty. Unfortunately, the description failed to include the fact that the road and parking area were under construction and completely torn up and covered in mud. Our shoes were ruined and our car needed to be detailed following our visit. ”

”We loved the screened in balcony! Perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife in the lagoon. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for a weekend stay. Large capacity washer and dryer. Shower faucet was a little confusing but we figured it out. Modern living room space. Couple minor issues like touchless trashcan needed batteries and a panel from blinds in the balcony door kept wanting to fall off. Otherwise a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay!”

”The cottage was conveniently located and as advertised. Only 1 lamp was suitable for reading. I had reserved the cottage for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I contracted covid and a winter storm warning was issued. At that point I opted to leave after 16 days and drive home. It did in fact snow and people were forced to stay in their homes for 2-3 days. I realize host/owners are not responsible for weather nor are they required to reimburse guests for unused days. I did ask if I could be comped 2-3...

”My family stayed 5 nights. When we pulled into the driveway we wondered if we made a bad choice. The house is very dirty on the outside and very much in need of a power wash and maintenance! Gutters are full and mildew is everywhere. We went inside and were pleased that it looked almost exactly like the listing. The inside was clean and well arranged. AC was cool. There is only one small TV in the living room. The pool was very nice even though the backyard is in need of some upkeep. Straw...
