”A nice and clean two-bed, two-bath unit on the first floor of a large apartment complex. Lots of cabinet space. Some pots and pans need to be replaced. Seating for eating was limited to two chairs at the island counter overhang. Parking is difficult in the evening.”

”My family stayed 5 nights. When we pulled into the driveway we wondered if we made a bad choice. The house is very dirty on the outside and very much in need of a power wash and maintenance! Gutters are full and mildew is everywhere. We went inside and were pleased that it looked almost exactly like the listing. The inside was clean and well arranged. AC was cool. There is only one small TV in the living room. The pool was very nice even though the backyard is in need of some upkeep. Straw...

”Ginger is an amazing host. The house was very clean and she was extremely responsive to our needs and any issues (not that there were many). One thing to note that wasn’t obvious from pictures is that the floors are concrete. I had to buy slippers because while there were some rugs, most of the floors were bare concrete which is great if you have pets. ”

”Being able to communicate with host's team was excellent. Any issues can arise at any time.. anywhere , so even though there were a couple hiccups , they were dealt with immediately. The home itself is a lower level of a split entry home and altho the kitchenette was very small, we were able to work with it surprisingly well. There was a lack of working space to prep food so we managed with a couple surfaces in the joining room where the mini fridge was located. We were two adults and four kids...

”We loved the screened in balcony! Perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife in the lagoon. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for a weekend stay. Large capacity washer and dryer. Shower faucet was a little confusing but we figured it out. Modern living room space. Couple minor issues like touchless trashcan needed batteries and a panel from blinds in the balcony door kept wanting to fall off. Otherwise a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay!”

”The cottage was conveniently located and as advertised. Only 1 lamp was suitable for reading. I had reserved the cottage for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I contracted covid and a winter storm warning was issued. At that point I opted to leave after 16 days and drive home. It did in fact snow and people were forced to stay in their homes for 2-3 days. I realize host/owners are not responsible for weather nor are they required to reimburse guests for unused days. I did ask if I could be comped 2-3...
