”The stay was perfect, they gave us a complimentary upgrade as it was my girlfriend’s birthday and the room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant and bar were lovely. 10/10 stay, would definitely come here again. ”

”Great location and nice hotel but not a 5 star. The concierge and doorman were the best staff members, very helpful and nice but others we interacted with were not great, especially in the bar and restaurant. The spa and thermal waters were nice but very crowded. ”

”A shame breakfast not cooked to order. Impressive dining room, just avoid tables on a through- route. Well staffed all great at up-selling. Had a room in the main house which had difficult access to the bathroom, especially at night. (Three narrow steps up). Check in/put very smooth. Comfortable lounge areas”
