”I would like to share my sincere review regarding my stay at the hotel. The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation. While the staff was somewhat helpful, I noticed a lack of professional treatment towards customers. For instance, when I arrived for check-in, the front desk staff never...

”This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!”

”Basic apartment with no closet or place where you can place your clothes. If you don't mind keeping your staff in side your luggage, then it's just fine. Very noisy hotel. Every noise from outside your room sounds like it's coming from your own. ”

”The location of this place worthsevery cent of your money. It has everything you need. Of course being a family of five with only one bathroom is tricky, but with enough time and logistic everything goes well. The beds are a bit noisy and squeaky and there’s noise from the streets on the weekends. ”

”The duplex pent house was perfect for our fam of 4. The kids each took the larger two sofa beds and we ordered a rollaway bed for the youngest. The kitchen was nice but basic. There was no tea for the hot water kettle, no coffee for the coffeemaker, only cups, plates, utensils, etc. We loved the big bath and walk in shower. The bed upstairs was comfy but the kids complained that the sofa beds were not. The owner graciously let us check in early thankfully because the luggage closet downstairs...

”The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The host is great with communication. We had the most wonderful time in New York City. We would stay at the apartment again if we should ever have the chance to visit again. I highly recommend this residence.”
