”Good for car security. Room was dated and pillows need replacing as they were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Pool was quite dirty with debris and things. ”

I do understand reason.Tried to explain that Aus has national privacy law agst collecting/keeping personal info esp credit card info, their practice was actually violation. Owner got aggressive, insisted that is their policy and wanted to throw us out without listening. Didnt understand nor stop what he was doing to listen. Wasnt trying to be difficult, infact did hand over card...
