”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”We have stayed here many times. Several rooms have a unique decor that we enjoy. There is a wonderful cafe right across the road - 2 minute walk - The Teakettle Cafe. The Tibetan/Indian restaurant next door has delicious food too. The rooms are large and the water pressure in the shower was really good. Very friendly staff. ”

”Breakfast was good and the room size was good. Two of the pillows were stained, but they were quickly replaced. The bathroom was fine, except it was tiny. The room was on the louder side of the building facing 84, so the truck traffic was loud to sleep with and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was very soft and hard to get comfortable.”

”The Delamar was a great hotel. Check in was smooth and staff was welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner off site but enjoyed a nightcap and desserts in the bar and were not disappointed. The only negative on our trip was the freezing elevator. We were told that they were working on it but it was markedly colder n the elevator. Overall, great hotel and we would stay there again. ”
