The house is located on the magnificent Veronese hills (Colognola ai Colli) renowned for their excellent wine production and only a short drive from Verona, the city that inspired Shakespeare.
The accommodation equipped with air-conditioning consists of two floors. On the first floor, there is the entrance with an elegant staircase that will take you to a bright and large living room, a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster and coffee machine, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests will especially enjoy the large common areas with the possibility of outdoor dining, children\'s games and a shared swimming pool, from where you also can admire a splendid view of the surrounding vineyards!

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and there is no lift.
An electricity consumption deposit of 400€ per week is to be paid on arrival. Electricity consumption charges are 0.70€/kW and heating consumption charges are 1.90€/m3. Based on consumption, the remaining amount will be returned at the time of departure.

Colognola ai Colli is a starting point for splendid cities of art: the Shakespearean Verona is 18 km, Mantua the city of Gonzaga is 50 km, Vicenza with villas of Palladio is 40 km, Venice-100 km, Milan-150 km. In the direction of Lake Garda (Lazise 44 km), which is full of every attraction: from water sports, to the splendid places of great historical and artistic value, to spas where you can relax or the numerous water and themed amusement parks suitable for children and adults. For wine lovers, a visit on foot or by bicycle to the area of Valpolicella (35km) known for its Amarone is not to be missed. This location is also ideal for participating in events, enjoying all the tranquility of the countryside. In mid-May the folk festival Sagra dei Bisi (peas) takes place; April Vinitaly; and the opera season, that opens in July and August in Verona.
