To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my absolute and profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. My husband and I arrived on Thursday, Thanksgiving, to celebrate my birthday. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable getaway turned into an unmitigated disaster.
Our initial experience was marred by the complete absence of hot water. After numerous unanswered calls, we were forced to descend to the front desk. An hour later, after a technician's supposed "fix," the water remained frigid. The manager's dismissive response, stating nothing could be done until other guests checked out, was utterly unacceptable. We were left without the ability to bathe from Thursday morning until Friday afternoon.
To compound this insult, we were finally moved to another room around 5 or 6 AM, leaving us completely exhausted. The promise of a partial room credit to compensate for this egregious inconvenience has yet to materialize. Furthermore, a food voucher, which we were not informed about, was only discovered upon our checkout.
The sheer incompetence and lack of concern displayed by your staff and management are appalling. This experience has irrevocably tainted my perception of MGM. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay to seek accommodations at nearby hotels. This was, without a doubt, the worst birthday experience imaginable.
