”Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time ”

”I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. ”Parking is not available at the location. You need to go to the community hall and pay 8 pounds. The rooms are super clean/functional. The beds are deliciously comfortable. This place is awesome. I just wish they would provide hand soap, shower gel ( which was empty and is a common complaint on many reviews). Its the simple cheap things that can make you feel like a valued customer. Overall fantastoc stay if you enjoy pub noise til midnight 😉”

”Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs.
