Viimeistelty erittäin korkeatasoisiksi paljailla palkeilla ja puupolttimella. Avokeittiö / oleskelutila saarilla, erillinen makuuhuone, jossa suihku ja kylpyamme. Erillinen WC, pysäköinti ja puutarha.
Ihanteellisella paikalla kylän sydämessä kävelyetäisyydellä 3 pubista, kauniista maaseudun kävelyretkeistä ja helpon matkan päässä Cotswoldin kaupungeista Burfordista, Stowista ja Bourtonista.
Avaruus
Asettu Mulberry navetan tonttiin (katso toinen listaukseni) ja erotettu päärakennuksesta omalla sisäänkäynnillä.
Täydellinen pariskunnille, mutta mahtuu pikkulasten matkoihin.
Avokeittiö / oleskelutila, jossa on puupoltin ja 50 tuuman taulutelevisio
Täysin varusteltu keittiö saarella ruokailua varten. Uuni, liesi, astianpesukone, jääkaappi-pakastin, pesukone ja Nespresso-kahvinkeitin.
Erillinen wc / vaatehuone
Makuuhuoneessa king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio, vaatekaappi ja laatikkotila, mikä johtaa omaan kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on suihku ja kylpyamme.

ja historialliset kaupungit Burford, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold ja Bibury lähellä.

Beautiful Annex. Village and surroundings
The Annex is absolutely stunning, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Chris and Liz are warm and friendly hosts who are available if you need anything and have put together a lovely environment to stay. The local area is beautiful and you are perfectly placed for exploring the Coltswolds. Our stay couldnt have been better and will definitely return. Thank you Chris and Liz . gorgeousvillages.

Perfect stay, the property is well located and quiet. Completed to a very high standard, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return any time in the area. It has good pubs with food within easy walking distance, nice local walks and so much more. Owners are very helpful with information before arrival and it was a big plus. Highly recommend for couples.

Perfection in the Cotswolds
We adored this spacious, well-appointed lovely cottage. Chris and Liz are lovely owners, perfectly communicating the best of the local sites and pubs. The village is small and quiet, but an easy jump off point for much of the Cotswolds. The great AC in the bedroom is a plus in warmer weather, and we look forward to another stay in the cool time to take advantage of the fire stove. It’s hard to describe how quaint and wonderful the Annex is!

Ein rundum liebevoll ausgestattetes Häuschen mit allem Komfort und einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeberpaar in einer wunderschönen dörflichen Gegend Englands hat uns einen Traumurlaub beschert. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag bestens umsorgt, von gekühlten Begrüßungsgetränken wie Prosecco, Bier und frischer Milch, kleinen Naschereien, vielen liebevoll ausgewählten Tipps für das heimelig ausgestattete Häuschen mit all seinen Komfort-Features über Empfehlungen zu Wanderungen in die Umgebung bis zu den vielfältigen Angeboten an Restaurants, Ausflugszielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und in Nachbarorten. Vom ersten Tag fühlten wir uns wie zuhause und hatten wegen der vielen Unternehmungen fast zu wenig Zeit, unser kleines Schloss zu genießen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße nochmals an Liz un Chris! Ihr habt dort ein kleines Juwel geschaffen, das wir bestimmt noch öfter besuchen kommen.

Hidden Gem
If you ever visit the Cotswolds this cottage is the perfect place to stay. The location is within walking distance from a few excellent pubs in the village of Shipton Under Wychwood. This cottage is immaculate and you will find everything you need. The welcome package was over the top. The hosts Liz & Chris are wonderful people.

Wonderful property and location
We couldn’t fault anything about the property and our communication with Chris. The property was immaculately presented and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Shipton is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds and is very quiet compared to many of the ‘tourist’ areas. Nice pubs nearby too, the pick of which is now The Crown which has recently changed hands and has been renovated. The owner Andrew is really welcoming and we had an excellent dinner there. We would highly recommend Mulberry Barn Annex.

Wunderbare Urlaubswoche in den Cotswolds
Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit Milch, Wein, Crackers.... Die Gastgeber Chris und Liz sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit, so dass wir diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen können! Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man an den schönsten Orten und Wanderwegen der Cotwolds, abends ist man fußläufig bei drei sehr guten Pubs. Wunderbar!

Amazing time in lovely place with brilliant hosts
My partner and I booked to stay at the Annex as a little break before Christmas and we were not disappointed at all. The host provided a very detailed information pack ahead of arrival - with information on how to get there, which pubs to visit and other attractions in the area. We arrived and the Annex was spotless. The host had even very kindly left a few beers, bottle of wine, some snacks and some milk for us to have during our stay. We spent the long weekend going on walks, visiting the local villages and relaxing in the evening by the fire - it was lovely. In the Annex the kitchen was very well equipped - with everything you could need. The TV had subscriptions with a guest account to all streaming services - meaning we could find a Christmas film to watch. If you are after a nice quiet break away then this is the place for you. I cannot rate this location high enough and would highly recommend.

The loveliest stay ever
Mulberry Barn really was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts Chris & Liz were so friendly and always had good hints for activities in the area. The barn itself was very clean and had everything you could need and more. It was also nice to park the car directly in front of the house within a separated area behind a gate. All in all it is really worth booking and we definitely would love to stay there again. Sarah & David from Germany

Peaceful location
A great place to stay. Beautifully decorated. High ceiling and spacious. Lots of nice touches like the outdoor lights in the trees. Comes with a garden area to relax in. The village has three pubs so it's handy to eat out. Also it's easy to visit all the sites in the Cotswolds.

Top Class Cotswold Retreat
What a magnificent self contained luxury lodge in a superb peaceful location. It was absolutely perfect for us and we really enjoyed the 3 very good local pubs that served quality food and all within walking distance for us. The enclosed private garden was also appreciated to allow us to relax and chill after visiting the beautiful Cotswolds towns and villages. I do not hesitate to strongly recommend this accomodation, we loved it!

Superb luxury barn conversion
We were wowed by this property from the moment we arrived. Everything oozed quality and we felt totally pampered, from the welcome pack of beers, wine, nibbles and milk in the fridge to the gorgeous furnishings and luxury feel of the thick towels and pristine bedding. It felt as though everything was brand new for us, it was all so clean. Thank you Chris for a fantastic stay.
