”Very nice just terrain was rough handicap person”

”Arrived around 5 on Saturday. Great location. Once I figured out how to open key holder, we moved in. We enjoyed our cabin, found the information folders helpful. We had a nice fire and enjoyed our stay. Our suggestions for improvement. The light in the main room was very bright. A dimmer light switch would have been appreciated. Would like to have had a reading light on both sides of the bed.”

”We had a great week at Birchwood Cottages!! The cottage itself was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUP boards, beach toys, etc that they have available for everyone to use. We were there during a major storm, and lost power. We immediately were checked on and assured that the generator was on so we would at least have water. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. My youngest is already asking for us to book for next summer.”

”A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. ”

”Amazing cottage, lots of room, big open spaces, excellent kitchen and dining area, 2 fireplaces outside, outdoor patio with furniture. Fans in most rooms, huge beds, nice bedding, extra bedding and pillows, rooms were decorated well with a cottage theme. Full bedroom downstairs with king bed, downstairs also has a game room, sitting room, and washer and dryer. There is no TV on the 1st or 3rd floor, only on the 2nd floor, with a fire TV app. The property is large and quiet, we saw lots of deer...

”We spent 3 Nights,mattress was comfortable and the location was quiet. Cabin was clean, with updated refrigerator, porch screens were in good condition. Enjoyed our visit, would recommend.”

”My son and I recently bought a fishing boat With the private dock, it made things very convenient and an we had an enjoyable stay, love the lake and the surroundings, and the cottage was comfortable and well stocked.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Birchwood Cottages. The cabin was very quaint, clean and well kept. The pool table and ping-pong table in the rec room were a fun plus and the location was great and very easy to get to. Communication with the owners was excellent as well. We called to ask a question and received a call back immediately with the information that we needed. All in all, this was a very good value for the money.”

”Had trouble unlocking door because I was not familiar with key fob. Easy after that. Beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa was. The coffee pot didn't work, but I didn't bother to notify Patrick as I was the only person that wanted hot coffee. Nice tight screened in porch, no bugs. Will be visiting that area again.”
