”Great location. Checkin was great except the need to fight traffic downtown, find parking, and find property management site was frustrating. ”Here is the feedback rephrased: The apartment was good and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a week-long stay. The location was also excellent, being close to town and offering fantastic views. The only minor downside was the uphill walk back, but overall everything was very good. Martin, the host, was excellent. He communicated clearly, guided us effectively, and provided accurate information whenever we needed it. We would highly recommend this accommodation.”

”Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

”The place was a wonderful size, great layout and in a good location close to downtown. The property management was very responsive. Many of the places in this town did not offer air conditioning and we had unseasonably hot weather and this unit was on the 4th floor. This is not the rental units fault that the weather was very hot but it was a little too warm for us. Glad there were at least fans available to help some. ”

”Everything is perfect! The only thing which was not clear in the description of the appartment is the washing machine which is actually a commun one on the ground floor of the building and not the personal one in the appartment. On top you have to pay to use it. The other negative thing is that the appartment is for 8 persons but only 1 parking slot is available and no other parking slots available around. You can imagine that 8 persons will not come with only 1 car”

”Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again.”

”Fantastic location close to the lift and a short walk to town. The facility offers morning bakery deliveries and nice steam room and sauna access. Staff were friendly and very helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchenette was well equipped for cooking at home but lacked essentials like salt and pepper.”
