”We have stayed at this home several times now. It is always very clean, comfortable, close to town but out far enough to get away from the city mayhem. The view on the water is gorgeous. The property owner is very responsive. We will come back to this beautiful spot again.”

”This is a beautiful home on 2.5 acres... in the warmer months, the sport court and back patio areas are perfect for games and BBQ's. The interior of the home is very nicely furnished with comfortable seating, wonderful bedrooms, and a great kitchen/dining room with coffee bar.The host is wonderful and a real pleasure to work with. ”This property is a hidden gem in Thurston County. The inside is fresh with many new amenities, the layout is easy to navigate with room for a large group and view is worth a mission dollars. Sitting by the fire and looking out the large bay windows at the rolling hills in the distance and farm animals in the foreground was picturesque. Our host was accommodating and quick to respond to questions we had. I would highly recommend this location.”

”My friend and I had a lovely few days in this sweet little home. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, everything we needed. The back of the home opened up to a deck and a large yard, which would have definitely been utilized if it wasn’t February! The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs….so much nicer than dealing with a property management company. We really enjoyed our time at Fern Hill!”

”We rented this for ourselves and our adult children and spouses for a get away from the Eaat Coast. The location was perfect, exactly as described. The bedrooms on seperate floors gave us a sense of privacy while all being together. Would love to visit again in the summer to fully enjoy the lake and outdoors.”

”Had a great stay with this property. We had another vacation planned and were thrilled to be able to stay here on such short notice. Got some time out on the water which is far enough away from industrial ports to be safe to swim in and harvest shellfish more than a lot of waterfront places further north. The house is a ways out from major grocery stores but there was a great little general store that will cover you for anything you forgot about after you get off the highway.”

”Nice house. Very nice location. A couple of things to note.• The listing showed pictures of the master bed/bath. These rooms were locked an not available to use.• The remaining rooms, two doubles and one twin. Would sleep five at most, not six.• The cable in the downstairs common room was disconnected so the TV was nonfunctional.• The owner stopped by (at least) three times during our stay. Once when we were there and twice while we were gone.This was a new listing so perhaps these issues...
