”Super service and accommodations were very good. Beautiful home. Helpful and very friendly. The owners had an away emergency, but arranged for a substitute who was very good. The breakfast was ok, but not great - perhaps because the owners weren't there. We would stay there again”

”First time bed and breakfast experience. Can I tell you, the host Nash was wonderful. We were there for a week long Cooperstown tournament at dreams park. The house is located about 20 minutes from the park but easy to get to. We ate delicious gourmet breakfast everyday compliments of the host. Delicious coffee too! I highly recommend renting the room with beautiful view, If not , you can hang out on deck. Swim, fish etc. Thank you dealrly! ”

”Really enjoyed the Victorian ambiance, the intricate woodwork, the period furniture and setup, even the draftyness in the halls at night when it was cold outside. Breakfast was amazing both days, the host (Jim) was kind and generous. We will definitely be staying there again soon.”

”B&B is brand new and well-thought out. Very convenient parking. Inside the decor is farmhouse style … tastefully decorated! Each bedroom is named - cute idea! And each has a combination lock. Sunrise room kept locking so we left our bedroom door open. May want to check that. Beds are super comfy! As is the bedding! Each room as a television, another plus! Washer and dryer centrally located on the bedroom floor - super big too! Barn doors on the front of the laundry - can’t say enough about the...

”We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! ”
