”We had to change our travel plans in a last minute and ended up to this hotel very randomly. But it was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were super pretty and the beautiful garden beside the river amazing. Everything was clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly. ”Hosts: Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip. Room and building: Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. ”We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!”
