”We couldn't pay the security deposit until the day of, so there was a bit of a delay in getting the check in info, but after calling, they sent it right away. ”Stayed at two different units over 9 days. Overall, great experience, smooth reservation process, instructions were clear and support was very responsive and accommodating. However, had difficulty with opening the front door code lock at first unit. Needs repairing. Would repeat without hesitation.”

”House was very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, however would liked to have had a few casserole dishes with lids for the microwave. No problems with the appliances. The bedroom carpets could use some attention-especially the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.”

”Place was clean. Baths were acceptable. 2 of the 3 beds used were very worn out. We only found one remote for the Tv and it didn’t work, so no tv, not a big deal . Not having a working ice maker was a bummer but may be intentional . Air filter was very dirty and air handler struggled to get the house warm. Great location and safe neighborhood.”

”Overall this was a great stay. What makes this house so nice is the pool and the hot tub. Both were well maintained by a pool company that came twice a week and that person did a great job. ”The property was very nice! The furnishings throughout the home were top notch and very comfortable. As a family of 4 couples it was very nice having king sized beds in each bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything imaginable. There were tons of extra towels, along with make/up wash cloths that all the women loved enough that we all ordered them from Amazon! Nice touch! Reginald was a terrific host, we highly recommend this property.”
