”We only used the room for about 7 hours. We checked out of our resort and wanted somewhere to use as a day room so we could relax and shower before we flew home to Australia. Was lucky enough to get an early check in, there is a good little supermarket 5 minutes walk away and lots of little family run Thai restaurants ”

”Our first impressions of the Villa were, Wow, this looks amazing and we were not disapointed. Pool was soooo nice to get into as the weather was hot and humid which was a little overwhelming. While we were there, there was an issue with the air-conditioning in the main bedroom but Goi the housekeeper was quickly on to it. Highly recomend to both couples or a family. Car or bike is recommended as it is about 1 kilometre to main road but as a couple, we were more than happy to walk it to keep up...

”Went to check in and the driver could not find the unit. We walked around trying to find the unit for about 10 min. When contacting the host his response was “ ok well I've been giving out the same directions for 20 years so I don't really know what else to give you”. we finally found the unit by a neighbor helping us because we were at their home. Upon entering the unit, it didnt match the photos posted online. There is mold on the wall in the bathrooms, the electrical outlets are falling off...

”The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. It wasn’t that much but this expense was Not listed on the ad. He tried to be helpful but hard to...

”Furniture old and in distepair, not comfortable. Was not told about the additional electric charge before check in. Asked for written info about additional charge, owner did not give info. ”

”Richard is attentive to our needs, min fuss in check in/out process, place is wonderful”

”Comfortable villa, easy drive to Rawai and all its restaurants. supermarkets and other amenities. A particularly good coffee shop within a hundred yards. Only drawback was the rather rough road to the villa itself, but you get used to that! Spotlessly clean and beautiful towel "sculptures"!”
