”Had a very comfortable stay here. The customer service was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. They arranged my all my transportation, allowed for early check in and late check out and even upgraded my room! They went above and beyond when I got a case of Bali belly and provided me with remedies to aid in my recovery. Very appreciate of their kindness and service. Highly recommend. ”

”It was our second hotel in Bali and it was big dissapointment. For example they promised fresh fruits every day but half of the time we did not get any. Breakfast should start at 7.00 but one day they ALL slept in and started at 8. Service in restaurant/breakfast is really slow. We had to wait 1 hour to our breakfast second dish. Most disturbing things are that you have to pay exstra for going to the main pool and for room service. Things like that were all free in our first hotel. So all the...

”It was a very pleasant stay at the appartment. The employees were all so friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. They even carrierd our bags, and could bring cocktails or other drinks to get the holiday vibe at the swimming pool.
