Welcome to Casa Romero, our beautiful and cosy three-bedroom villa located in the friendly community of Vital Park with a shared communal pool and a private Spa pool, parking space for one car and within walking distance to Calpe town.
The villa offers a relaxing and stress-free holiday with the facilities of a private Spa pool which can be heated. It is ideal for families with children who want to relax in the garden but still entertain and keep a careful eye on the children in the small Spa pool.
LIVING AREA
Upon entering the villa through the front garden, you are greeted with a small but practical and traditional kitchen to your left and a staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms on your right.
Moving on you will find yourself in the spacious and well-balanced living and dining area combining modern and traditional styles in its furniture and décor.
Large glass doors and windows allow natural light to enter the room, impairing a warm and airy ambience and a great view into the garden through an additional living room space, the conservatory.
There is a comfy L-shaped sofa perfect for an afternoon break away from the hot sun in the summer or for those cosy nights in the winter watching some evening TV. The living room has a ceiling fan above the sofa. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if required.
KITCHEN + DINING
A practical and traditional kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, an electric hob, an electric fan-assisted oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric extractor, a stainless-steel sink, frying pans and saucepans, plates and bowls including for the children, plenty of utensils and other complementary items. You are sure to have all the essentials that you will require.
BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
One of the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground level of the villa, just off from the living and dining room. The ground floor bathroom has a cubicle shower, toilet and sink basin.
Heading up the staircase to the second level, there are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a sink basin. There is also a hairdryer.
Each of the bedrooms is airy and spacious with traditional Spanish furniture offering plenty of organized storage, fitted wardrobes, a 40" flat-screen TV, plenty of natural light, ventilation, and air conditioning for those warm summer nights. One bedroom has a comfy double and the other bedroom has two single beds.
The upstairs bedrooms share a balcony perfect for taking in the breathtaking sunset views or enjoying the gorgeous morning sun with a cuppa.
THE GARDEN + OUTSIDE SPACE
The villa consists of two gardens, a front and a back. The charming and tranquil back garden is the main part of the villa, it is the perfect space for relaxing with a nice book, entertaining with the family, enjoying a nice BBQ or a quiet dip in the private Spa pool—plenty of seating space for everyone including sun loungers and umbrellas for escaping the summer sun.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units for hot and cold and the living room has a ceiling fan.
There is free Wi-Fi in the villa—private parking for one car and within walking distance of the town.
For further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with first aid kits and fire extinguishers.
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are all included per person.
Private Spa pool heating, Travel cot and bedding, sofa bed and a change of bed linen and towels during a 2-week or more stay are available but must be arranged before arrival - these are an additional cost.
LOCAL FACILITIES
If you prefer the convenience and flexibility of having your own transportation, we recommend considering a hire car for your holidays. Having a car will allow you to explore the surrounding areas at your own pace, visit nearby attractions, and easily access any remote or secluded spots that may be of interest.
That being said, one of the highlights of this villa is its prime location within walking distance of the town. This charming town radiates a lively and warm ambience that reflects the Spanish culture. You can enjoy the convenience of having all the local amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, just a short stroll away.
Public transport is available in buses, taxis and trains, all local and within walking distance.
Throughout the year various events and gatherings are performed in the town marked with colourful processions and lively music, celebrating the town's unique blend of history such as the Moors and Christians, Oktoberfest, Medieval Market, Christmas markets and many more.
All are a great opportunity to see and experience the Spanish culture.
Plenty of streets reveal various Restaurants, Tapas bars, Boutique Shops, Supermarkets, Coffee Shops and Bakeries, wafting the scent of fresh bread, croissants and coffee during the mid-morning break “Almuerzo”.
A Taxi Rank is located on the main high street in Calpe – Gabriel Miro – there you will find a taxi waiting. At the bottom of the Gabriel Miro during the summer and around Christmas time, you can experience the Calpe Tourist Train – Tren Turistico, a great way to get around Calpe.
The local market “Mercado” burst with life, offering fresh produce, cheeses, cured meats and fruits and vegetables, clothing, shoes, gadgets and other home items.

Activities such as climbing Calpe Rock “Ifach”, Terra Mitica, Aqua Natura, Terra Natura, Castles, Museums, Bike rides, Segway Tours, Go karting, Horse riding, Golfing, Scuba Diving, Boat hire/ride, Biopark, Oceanografic and many, many more.
Some of the other local towns to visit are Benissa, Moraira, Benidorm, Javea, Altea, Albir, Jalon and inland, Orba, Guadalest and Denia.
