”We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The bed was big and very good. We had a very good view at the back and nice to sit there for a drink. The furniture could be a bit upgraded but was ok. Very nice breakfast every morning and one night we had a meal at the pub. And that was quite good although a bit pricey for what it was. We enjoyed our stay very much. Probably come back another time.”

”The rooms are very spacious and overlook the surrounding bushland. The restaurant and bar are excellent, and breakfast is very good. There is a lot of walking space around the property and lead to a very nice pool. Great place for families or just two people.”

”In the middle of the busy Hunter Valley wine area. Most hotels are really overpriced and the restaurants as well which is not very clever regarding the tourism industry. The hotel is a motel style place with no services. The water at the swimming pool looked not that fresh nor clean. Recommend staying outside of the wine region. Just make day trips to Hunter Valley.”

”The room and staff were lovely. Walking distance to a local pub with good food. Pool was advertised but not fit for swimming despite it being Spring and warm weather. Great value for money though and would stay again. ”

”The new owners are trying hard, but....the lighting in the room was very ordinary and the advertised wifi was intermittent at best. I understand this is about to be upgraded but is still being advertised as available on Expedia. Parking was tight, I was squeezed between two big vehicles. The good news: management is friendly and helpful, the cleanliness can’t be faulted and it’s surprisingly quiet.”
