Welcome to the outdoor paradise that is Brian Head, Utah! If you are looking for a light, airy, and modern home with lots of open space for hanging out, watching movies, or cooking together, this is the mountain home for you! This home is just steps across the street from the main Navajo lodge and lift, which is very convenient when you want to walk home for lunch or take an hour off to relax near the fire. The tubing hill is also right there, along with a shuttle stop that will take you to the Giant Steps lift or town.
This location is every outdoor enthusiast's dream come true! In the winter, the ideal place to ski and snowboard. You can enjoy ziplining, mini golf, and avalanche tubing in the summer. Another popular activity during the summer months is mountain biking. Take a hike down sage- and wildflower-lined trails with vibrant foliage in the fall. If you like fishing, this area has a variety of reservoirs and lakes, including the popular Panguitch Lake, to choose from. There are lots of ATV trails as well. Six miles southeast, you can take the opportunity to drive up to Brian Head Peak and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.
On the main level, you'll have a spacious open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one big space. Unwind with your family around the gas fireplace for a warm evening as you play games and hang out on the large sectional in front of the 85" TV.
The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as a crock pot, electric griddle, mixer, and everything you need to make a gourmet meal! The upper level boasts an inviting loft area with a comfortable sectional in front of a large TV, a giant beanbag chair, and a brand-new luxury massage chair ideal after a day on the slopes. This home offers a convenience of a private washer/dryer that will allow you to pack light and not worry about dirty clothes.
There are two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, including one that showcases a double vanity. The other suite has a bonus sofa bed and a walk-in closet. Younger guests will especially love the spacious bunk room, and every bedroom has a smart TV with access to popular streaming services so everyone can watch their favorite show. The views of the mountain are amazing! You can sit and watch the skiers come down the Navajo lift and watch the sun set on Giant Steps. This is the perfect getaway for family or friends to enjoy the beautiful mountain life with all the comfy modern furnishings.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
