Fishing Haven with Boat Launch and 20 minutes from downtown.

Fisherman, you will enjoy the fishing here on Lake Taney Como. There is room for your boat and trailer. The boat launch is not far in front of the house. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy the screened-in porch with lots of furniture and a table to play games on. Make sure to bring your flashlight so you can see the deer graze at night in the yard. There are so many shows to see in Branson that it would be hard to list just a few. The kids would love Silver Dollar City, the water park, and the aquarium. There are animal parks, bumper cars, and boats. You can play miniature golf or go to Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake. Or, just sit back in the recliners and turn on the electric fire place for a romantic evening.

Clean and comfortable
The property was nice and clean. Worked for what we needed. The bathrooms are a bit cramped but it worked for us. The yard was a bit overgrown so when the kids played out there 1 evening they came in covered in bugs and some ticks, immediately had to get in the bath. There is a cute little woodchuck that lives under the deck and we saw deer every day down there. The boat launch is tiny and my husband couldn't get out far enough from the launch to fish so that was unfortunate, if we'd had a boat it would have been ok but had hoped to fish from the bank. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and it's a well loved home. If you're a group of family like we all were and are bringing a small boat it's great

Fantastic Quiet Stay
Absolutely one of the best family vacation houses we have stayed in. The porch, deer, quite neighborhood, large driveway, hot water, great wifi, kitchen and beds were all fitting to our family needs. The house was just as described and we were very happy and comfortable for the week! Phil answered the few questions we had very quickly and we had absolutely no troubles! Would definitely recommend!!!!

We brought our kids and grandkids to Branson were very busy it was a nice place to come home to we had deer and a family of fox that entertained us every afternoon and morning would definitely stay again

Not the great
The house has a very musty smell. The kitchen faucet was very loose. The burners were not level. There were only 2 dishwasher pods so we only had water to use the day was left. The master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. We paid too much money for this property.

Great home
Super nice home. Updated and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Nice dock. We caught about 12 trout right behind the house. We will definitely come back. Recommend doing golf cart tour of The Top of the Rock.

Great getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was nice just sitting on the screened porch watching the deer and boaters. Kids had a big field to play in. It was also convenient to have the boat ramp close by to launch our boat and enjoy some fishing as well.

Overall good two minor things
Overall we enjoyed our stay.The house was cute and perfect for the size of our group.Nice beds, sheets, and towels.We absolutely LOVED the screened in porch!Sat out on the porch nightly, drinking a couple of drinks,conversing,watching boats drive by,and watching the deer. Issues. First was as soon as we got there we started making dinner. Went to light the grill and nothing.Out of propane.Contact the owner and explain what’s going on.He said he would refund me for the price of the tank to get a new one.Great problem solved went and exchanged the next day.Perfect. The stove we ended up cooking on in the kitchen worked but the metal grates didn’t fit correctly so the pans sat angled making it a little difficult to cook burgers on.Oh well we didn’t plan on using the stove much so I didn’t find it to much a bother.Second issue.I did not contact the owner over this one because we found things to correct the problem. Whoever the owner has cleaning for them they might want to look into hiring someone new or having a conversation with them.The floors…they had been swept but I couldn’t even guess the last time they were mopped!Our socks/feet were literally BLACK from walking in the house.We did find a mop, vinegar, and fabuloso. We mopped the floors three times with clean water mixture ever time before our feet stopped turning colors. I don’t blame the owner fully for this but they need to have a serious conversation with the cleaners or else someone else may cause a bad issue.

It's a quiet place to relax!
The boat ramp is small and overgrown. Even if you put your boat in you'd have to take it out, because there is no dock to tie it to. BYOW water in the house has a bad oder and taste. I don't know know if it's a city problem or just the house. Just bring plenty with you. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. We had to wash everything by hand before we used them. Even the items we washed in the dishwasher had to be washed by hand. Don't stay in the heat of the summer, if you like a cold place. The AC unit is a 3 ton for a 5 ton house. Another return vent or upgrade of the AC unit is needed. It was almost 100 degrees outside and the coolest it would go inside is 74 degrees. Now knowing these issues, I would stay there again, because it's a very peaceful place. Watching the deer in the morning and evening was great! It's relaxing and enjoyable sitting on the back porch and doing nothing!!

Yearly family retreat
Great Property! Quiet, tranquil, relaxing, just what we were looking for. Yearly get together with family, guys went fishing every day, wives sit on the screen porch and sip Mimosas and enjoy time together. The inside of the property was flawless, clean, and had everything needed. Deer walk thru the yard showing off their fawns every morning and evening. It was GREAT!

Branson get away
We all absolutely enjoyed our stay! Beds were great, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. The most well stocked of any VRBO we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many. The screened in porch was very peaceful and relaxing, much time was spent there on plenty comfortable seating, the perfect place to enjoy you morning cup of coffee and watch the deer in the yard in the morning and evening. We even got to see a fawn. Our only caution is to say if you choose to go on a holiday weekend as we did, expect heavy traffic to cause unavoidable delay.

Excellent Stay!
We had a great time at this house. It was clean and cozy. Big couches and a great fireplace. We enjoyed being away from the hustle of the Branson strip, but just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

Home Away from Home!
Beautifully decorated and very spacious for my family of 8. We brought our boat, but didn't use it. There's a boat ramp, but no dock on which to board and unboard as all of the boat docks are marked "private property". You will need to use a public access point. The location was nice. It's close to Branson activities and dining, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle if that's what you're looking for. Communication with the host was excellent and the house is fully equipped and very clean.

Great getaway but close to everything!!
When gma and gpa take the grandkids on vacation there is a huge age difference, from 4-58yrs old, that means alot of different activities. This house met all our needs. Tvs in each room, the beds were soooo comfortable and having a washer and dryer was great. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking right down the road, shopping in Branson, as well as the attractions of all types, and peace and quiet for gma while everyone was adventuring. We had smores on the bonfire after long days. The house was well stocked with just about anything you could need in a kitchen, plus a few extra. The hosts were only a message away to answer any questions with a quick response. Everything was decorated bright and beautifully. The house was amazing and very comfortable for our large family with plenty of room both inside and outside for us to enjoy ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very clean and roomy
Beautiful and peaceful! This is the cleanest property we have stayed at Branson and we visit the area multiple times a year. If you are looking to fish you must have a boat. The docks are privately owned by other property owners and not available for use and the banks are inaccessible due to tall grass.
