Nosta tulevaa Utahin lomallesi asumalla tällä hiljaisella Boulderin loma-asunnolla. Tässä oleskelualueessa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja tarpeeksi nukkumisjärjestelyjä 7 vieraalle 2 000 neliöjalkaa hyvin varustettua asuintilaa, ja se on täydellinen paikka perheille ja ystäville, jotka tutkivat Utahin luonnon ihmeitä. Kansallispuistossa sijaitseva yksinäinen kiinteistö tarjoaa runsaasti rauhaa ja rentoutumista, mutta on silti helpon matkan päässä jännittävästä ulkoilusta!

Useat asuintilat tarjoavat sinulle ja matkakumppaneillesi runsaasti tilaa levittää ja rentoutua yksityisyydessä ja mukavuudessa. Tärkeimmässä olohuoneessa on punatiilinen ympäröity kaasutakka ja viihtyisiä tuoleja, kun taas toisessa olohuoneessa on taulu-kaapeli-TV!

Muistuttavan päivän jälkeen ulkona ulkona, tankkaa aterialla, joka on valmistettu täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja suuri mukautettu ruokakomero. Nauti ateriasi 4 hengen ruokapöydässä ja aamiaisbaarissa keittiössä tai tuo se ulkoterassille ruokaillakseen ulkosalla!

Lumisina talviöinä, viihtyisästi olohuoneen takan vieressä kuumassa kupissa kaakaota. Aivan olohuoneen lähellä on entistä viihtyisämpi perhehuone, jossa voit nauttia elokuvayöistä taulutelevisiossa, kaapelilla ja DVD-soittimella.

Kun ilta on päättynyt, mene eläkkeelle mukavaan makuuhuoneeseen levätäkseen uutta tapahtumarikasa päivää vuorilla. Jos et ole vielä aivan valmis nukkumaan, vedä kuplahaute master-kylpyammeeseen ja anna huolestuneesi liota, kunnes olet väsynyt!

Tämä koti on ihanteellisella paikalla ulkona harrastajille, ja se sijaitsee 5 mailin päässä järvistä ja viehättävistä polkuista sekä luonnonkaunis Burr Trail -kadusta. Rakastat retkeilyä ja 4-pyöräilyä vuorten ja aukkojen kanjonien läpi. Alueella ollessasi muista pysähtyä kiertueelle Anasazi State Park -museoon Boulderissa.

Uskomatkaa etäämpään omaisuuteen tutustua alueen henkeäsalpaavaimpiin kansallispuistoihin - aja 42 mailia Escalanten kansallismonumenttiin, 59 mailia Capitol Reefin kansallispuistoon tai 91 mailia Bryce Canyoniin. Lisäksi Zionin kansallispuisto on 166 mailin päässä ja tarjoaa upeita hiekkakiven kallioita ja lukuisia muita geologisia kohteita.

Great house in Boulder, Utah
We enjoyed staying in this house. It had everything that we needed. The house is very roomy. We liked how it had a separate den for the kids to watch TV. The trees around the house make for a very cozy feeling. It is situated near several National Parks, as well as the Grand Staircase National Monument.

Turning 72 with Fam
This location and this property were a terrific fit for me (Mr. Turning 72), my wife (we're from Chicago suburbs), my daughter and her husband (traveled from KC, MO) and my son, drove from northern WY. We really anticipated that we'd use the property more. But with traveling and hiking every day, it didn't allow as much time to hang at the house. We visited Capitol Reef (twice since it was nearby), Arches, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Escalante Stairsteps. All great visits, albeit Zion & Arches each with slightly over seven hour drives round trip. But well worth it. I had no idea that this area of Utah encompassed such expansive beauty in its landscape. It was a wonderful visit!! The only small disappointment was that the fireplace needed its igniter replaced. Hence, we were unable to use it. Everything else was very satisfying. Even with five adults, hot water was never an issue. And nighttime temps within the house were quite comfortable. BTW, a shout out to the following dining options: Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm (had my birthday dinner there), Escalante Outfitters (great meal after going to Bryce), and Curry Pizza (after our last hike at Captiol Reef). Great eats! Hopefully we can return to this area in the next few years. Thanks for a fine return on our VRBO dollars. Peace BwU!

The house was sparkling clean, and thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are split, and there is plenty of room to spread out. It is close to Boulder, but feels secluded, and private even though it is in a little subdivision. Highly recommended!

We had to cancel our stay due to weather and other factors and I booked the property when there was no cancellation window. Just today I noticed I was refunded nearly half the cost. Which was such a blessing! I have stayed at this property two other times and obviously have always been pleased which is why I booked it for the third time but how nice that I got a refund when the owners did not have to do that

Terrific place to stay
This was a wonderful base from which to hike in a number of nearby National and State Parks. Home was clean, very well set up and organized, exactly as described and even roomier than the pictures would indicate. Be prepared to isolation as Boulder is a remote location -- which is want we wanted. We will stay here again when our travels take us to this part of Utah! PS: Incredible dining at Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm - James Beard award winner -- don't miss it!

Nice home, in a quiet area. Very nicely decorated. Be aware that the area where this home is located is several miles north of Boulder, so no views of the lovely sandstone bluffs typical of Boulder itself. Instead, you can see Boulder Mountain from the kitchen and back patio which was nice. Large lot, with plenty of privacy.

Great stay to explore southern Utah
We had a great time here with our two young kids. Easy to explore the surrounding area—we did a day trip to Bryce and to Capitol Reef. Others complained about lack of A/C but wasn’t a problem in July—open the windows and use the provided fan. Would definitely consider another stay here.

Great place with shortcomings
Great house in a secluded location. However, in a location where it got to over 100 degrees, the ad should be VERY clear that there is no AC. Also, with no AC, I was shocked that 2 of the bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan. Also, with this is mind, you would think there would be fans to use, but no fans in the house at all. There were a few common necessities that were missing, but otherwise the house had most necessary items. I also thought it was odd to charge a large amount for cleaning and other charges, but then demand we clean everything before we leave. Main problem was the heat and no ac or fans. I would not have booked if I knew that.

Beautiful in Boulder
Great house on scenic rote 12. The property is within 10 min of Boulder where there are 2 fabulous restaurants and a grocery store. Split floor plan was a great with a master suite on one side and two bedrooms/ bath/TV room on other side. Kitchen and laundry were roomy and the outdoor patio was perfect for evening meals. The house backs up to the Dixie National Forest where you can see deer and birds.

Nice property in Boulder, UT
Very nice place with easy access to hiking in the Escalante river, Boulder Mtn, and Capitol Reef area. A hidden gem is the National Forest accessed through the fence adjacent to the property- outstanding hiking upstream and downstream along Boulder Creek. I did have some minor suggestions that I emailed the property manager about but did not hear back.

Seclusion at 7500 feet
This home was newer, cleaner, more comfortable, quieter and more private than we expected. Location is great, with Dixie National Park literally in the back yard, Capitol Reef visitor center one hour away and some basic amenities 5 miles away in very small Boulder Utah. You might want to know that the internet is sufficient just for basic needs and Boulder is at 7500 feet elevation, so temperatures are cooler. We are VRBO owners also, so we have high standards, and this place met all of ours.

Great place to use to explore Escalante, Capitol Reef, Kodachrome and more.
We stayed here 4 nights in April 2021, arriving after a day of exploring Capitol Reef and then using it as a base to explore Escalante and Kodachrome. The house was great, very private, clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was open with a nice view. While in the house we hung out between the kitchen and the great room which both had wonderful views. Kitchen was stocked with basics as far as pantry items and good with kitchen utensils and pans etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Perfect Home Base
Our famy of five had the best time at this house! It was our home base to exploring Escalate and Capitol Reef. After long days of hiking it was so nice to come home to. It was so comfortable we felt right at home. My favorite parts were the large master suite, spacious kitchen that was open to the family room and huge windows to look out to watch for deer or see the amazing night sky. It was really clean, well stocked and even had books and games for the kids. Only disappointing thing was that the fireplace didn't work. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was beautiful and secluded like it described. It was too cold to be outside at night to watch the stars but the front room window is large enough to see the stars from inside. Loved the master tub, although not enough hot water to fill the tub but was still great. Lots of kitchen space for cooking and plenty of pots and pans and everything needed. I would stay again!!

Great Place to Stay
Wonderful house! Feels very private and is conveniently located for hiking in Escalante Grand Staircase as well as driving over to Capitol Reef. We really enjoyed the patio out back with comfortable chairs and a table. The property is very clean and well stocked with all the comforts. We would rent this property again. Thank you!

Excellent property!
We truly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was spacious, clean and well-stocked. We loved the quiet, secluded setting surrounded by pine trees. Stars at night were awesome. It was perfect location for exploring this beautiful part of the country, which included trips to Calf Creek Falls, slot canyons, and the amazing scenery of Burr Trail (including the exhilarating switchbacks). I highly recommend this property, and hope to return soon.

Comfortable and private house
We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Not knowing the area, we didn't know whether we might be able to hear any traffic noise from Route 12. There was no need to worry. You neither see the neighboring houses nor hear any noises other than those of nature. The stargazing was amazing. The location was ideal for day trips to Bryce and Capitol Reef. Incidentally, Route 12 truly deserves its designation as a scenic byway, and we are glad we got to explore the area.

very pleased
We are a family of 2 adults, 5 children. We stayed for a week. The home was very comfortable, clean, plenty of space for everyone. Good location to explore Capitol Reef, Escalante Grand Staircase, Bryce Canyon. We will most likely be staying at this home again during upcoming visits to southern Utah.
