Our priority is to host you and your family/friends THE BEST STAYING possible.
We're huge fans of airbnb. Whether we travel just by our little family of four or big family of 10+, we've always loved and enjoyed the cozy and family-oriented atmosphere of a home away from home other than the commercial hotels.
We're quite picky with our choices of where to stay and very details oriented. Therefore, we've learned what to do and how to make your staying as memorable and comfortable as possible.

*** Master Bedroom is very bright, spacious and well set up for work if you need to step away for few minutes to check on your work emails or work. This is also a perfect bedroom for any couple with young children like us. There is a king size bed and a sleeping sofa for your best comfort and ease of mind knowing that your young children are right there with you.
*** 2nd spacious Bedroom offers a queen size bed.
***3rd Bedroom offers a twin bed which can convert to a queen size bed.
*** ALL BEDROOMS come with 55 inches smart TVs for your entertainment and BLACKOUT CURTAINS for your extra beauty sleep.

Weekend visit
There is no second bed as listed in the room with two beds. The street the house is on is crazy narrow due to parking on both sides of the road, uber/lyft/delivery drivers had a very difficult time getting in and out. And if you miss the turn into the driveway the first time, be prepared for a challenging turn around. The apartment is clean and comfortable. My kids loved the snacks that were left, though some were really stale. uber/lyft was willing to pick up and drop off to Fenway and Commons.

Graduation place
We recently stayed here for my daughter's graduation from BU. It was perfect for my family of 5 and had easy access to the T. There was excellent communication from our hosts and this place made for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was very clean and bright. It was everything the pics showed online. The snacks and beverages that were left for us was great! The on-site parking available behind the apt was fantastic so we could leave our SUV and take Ubers into downtown. Would recommend to others. Thanks Tom and Helen

Perfect base for a family
The property was exactly as described, accommodation clean and functional. Parking in the street was easy. The only drawback was that we were unable to log on to the wi-fi at ant time during our stay.

Clean Space, but Not a Great Fit for Our Family
We stayed here with our family, including 3 young kids, for a week long trip to the Boston area. We found the space to be clean, updated, and as pictured online. This rental is on the fist floor, and the upstairs neighbors were loud at night which was disruptive. We had a small leak issue from the upstairs unit as well, that was rectified quickly by the property owner, who was very responsive and helpful. But overall, it was not an ideal fit for our family. We were hoping for more of a neighborhood feel, where we would be able to walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and parks, and this didn't fit the bill.

Boston & Salem Tour
We came so we could access Boston and the drive there wasn't bad. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. We pulled the small sofa from the master bedroom into the living room so we could sit more comfortably. The place was very clean and everything was in working order. Our host replied immediately to any inquiries. Highly recommend this place.

Great for group getaway
We were a group of 6 adult girlfriends and this property worked perfectly for us. The location was great (about a 5 minute walk to the Shawmut T stop), everything was clean and maintained, and there were several personal touches that were so nice (welcome snacks, makeup remover cloths and wipes, selection of tea and coffee, etc.). Helen & Tom were so responsive and helpful as we were planning.

Beautiful apartment and great hosts! Very close to the T line at Shawmut. Kind of far from downtown Boston. The subway took 45-60 mins to get into town. The neighborhood was friendly and felt safe. My kids and I walked to restaurants, the park, and the convenience store (even at dusk it felt safe). The upstairs apartment residents were pretty loud, even through the night, but I find hotels to be loud through the night as well. The soaps, shampoos, and TP were quality products! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, but not pantry items. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location in Dorchester
Clean and spacious, this location is about a 5-10 minute walk from red line stops and 20 minutes from downtown Boston by transit. One cajun seafood and two pizza places are blocks away for easy dinner choices. This place is fantastic for families visiting the Boston area.

Lovely Home!
Tom and Helen were fantastic hosts! The check-in process was so easy and smooth. The apartment was absolutely clean, well decorated, and perfectly suited for our needs. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the T which made traversing Boston easy. All the appliances were incredibly modern and well maintained. There was private parking and street parking free and available on a private street. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Boston. Thanks Tom and Helen!

There were lots of towels, linens, kitchen utensils,etc. very well stocked home. We took our 2 adult boys going to university in the US (we are from canada). We ate out lots but boys loved to have a few of Mkms home cooked meals in the great and well equipped kitchen.

Great stay!
Hi, we stayed here in mid March over Spring Break and it was a great place. Helen communicated so well, especially during the impending Nor’easter… which turned out to be nothing in our area. 🤣. The place was very comfortable… with tons of useful amenities to make it great. We were greeted with snacks and drinks upon arrival— super helpful when traveling with teenagers! They had coffee with creamers and sweeteners, lots of useful utensils for cooking at home, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer,laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, lots of towels— just really excellent attention to detail. The place was super clean and we would definitely stay again .

The place was exactly like the pictures and it workout perfectly for our group! Highly recommend. Helen was a very gracious host and communication was good and quick. We had an issue with a previous broken ice maker and she even offered to bring us some ice. Would book again in a second!

Comfortable home away from home
Fantastic location for our college visit weekend. The large apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The snacks and extra towels were very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped with many plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Just bring your own spices and you are ready to cook up your meals. The extra bonus was on street parking and a nearby (walking distance) to walk our dog. The hosts were also very welcoming and responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Tom & Helen's place. The communication was great and they were accommodating to our families needs over the holiday. The space is large and we enjoyed each having our own rooms! The off street parking came in handy (although the street did have plenty of parking) with the cold weather. Would stay here again!

Perfect for 2-3 couples or larger family-all amenities and 2 new baths!
This space worked out perfect for our larger family group of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning. Brand new appliances, lots of bar stools for eating and hanging out. Bathrooms are brand new and new linens throughout. Plenty of parking too. Red line T stop is 5 minute walk.
