”We stayed here for a week and used the house as our hub for touring PEI. Everything about our stay was top notch. We found the house exactly as advertised. The view was wonderful from predawn glimpses of lobster boats to gorgeous sunrises. The amenities included everything we needed. A smoke detector battery ran low and that was addressed immediately. Communication withNatalie was great! Highly recommended!!”

”Our family had a great time at the Cordial House. The location of the property is top notch for our purposes. It's minutes away from the Cavendish beach and Anne of Green Gables heritage site. A few other beautiful beaches on the north coast are all within reasonable driving distance. There is a beach clamming place within walking distance where you can find a lot of softshell clams. ”Great location for families. Close to beautiful beaches, family attractions and family dining options. The cottage provided all amenities and then some. Lots of cutlery, plates and utensils for entertaining families and friends. Bedding and bathroom towels, etc were in good supply. Sunsets over the bay were a nightly treat. We totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! ”

”Had fun on our trip. The house was nicely maintained and centrally located for touring Charlottetown and the rest of the island. House was well appointed but missing some small things that we would normally expect from a rental (coffee machine - keurig only, bedside lamps etc.). Pool was enjoyed but a few more floaty/pool toys would be appreciated. Overall a wonderful stay for our large, multigenerational family. ”

”This house was clean and well set up. Matresses could be updated but were still fairly comfortable. Listing indicates that there is a hot tub and cabin bedroom and includes pictures of those amenities, but we discovered after booking that this was only available at an additional cost. This is misleading. Overall the house fit our needs and had what we needed to make our trip easy and stress free.”

We would have appreciated notice of the “Boil Water Advisory” prior to our arrival, which remained in effect during our stay. ”After our 2 weeks in Nova Scotia and PEI, we needed a jump off point to make our 11 hour drive back to Boston. Carleton is a couple of miles from the bridge to the mainland, so a convenient place to overnight prior to heading home. Not may restaurants close by, tho a breakfast cafe at the hotel for the morning. good acomodation for our purposes. ”
