”huippusiisti, pesu- ja tiskikone, mikro ym keittiönkoneet. Respaa ei ollut huoneistohotellissa, mutta ystävällinen omistaja ja siivooja tavattavissa päivittäin. Asema ja lentokenttäpysäkki 15 minuutin päässä.Ihanat sängyt! Loistava paikka!”

”Talo ja huoneistot olivat tyylikkäät ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli hyvänkokoinen 3-4 hlölle. Huoneisto parven ansiosta kaksi kerroksinen ja ylhäällä oli myös hyvän kokoinen makuuhuone. Yhteydenpito whatsappin kanssa sujui ripeästi, mutta ei tosin viikonlopun aikana. Huoneistosta puuttui kokonaan kaukosäädin toisen makuuhuoneen televisioon, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Pyynnöstä huolimatta kaukosäädintä ei toimitettu. Kuten koko huoneisto, niin kylpyhuoneet olivat oikein tyylikkäät....

”My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short walk to the historic center. We had trouble accessing the building with the provided entry code and our host quickly responded and resolved our issue. He was helpful and responsive anytime we needed assistance. The apartment building has a working elevator, a rare feature in most apartment buildings in Italy. The bathroom is large with a full-size shower and tub...

”Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. ”

”My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. ”

”The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay.”

”Según el alojamiento fue Hotels.com el que no nos informó de que podíamos dejar nuestras maletas, pues llegamos antes de la hora del checkin. Al contratar el hotel, la página informaba de que había recepción de 9 a 18, pero no decía que la recepción no está en el mismo alojamiento sino a 10 minutos andando, ni que podía hacerse y estuvimos toda la mañana cargando con la maleta. En el check out si pudimos dejar la maleta. Según la propiedad fue fallo de Hotels.com. La cama no me pareció muy...

”My wife and i really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It felt like a much-loved home. It was a little dated in some respects (bathroom and kitchen) but this added to its natural charm for us. Also, while there was noise into some rooms from the busy piazza outside, it offered a sense of vibrancy to our stay, and connection to Bologna. We especially loved the size of the apartment, perfect for a longer stay of 16 nights. We hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you!”
