”Nicely located close to the beach & a super ice cream shop! The next door plaza also had the best shopping we found on the Island. Our accommodations exceeded expectations with nice wine glasses,dishware,beach chairs & even a Kurig Coffee Maker. The beach towels seemed new”

”Awesome cottage, you can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. We felt like we could have shown up with clothes and would have been set for the week. Toiletries, spices, sunscreen, beach towels, beach toys, books, you name it and they likely had it somewhere on the property! They even had a welcome basket with snacks, wine, beer and waters. The place was spotless, beds were extremely comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more...

”We had an amazing stay and would love to return! There were so many amenities that we took advantage of! We enjoyed being steps away from a beautiful, wide open beach! We used the kayaks and laundry, too. We were so close to great restaurants and the place was so neat and clean! Thanks again!”

”This place was just renovated so everything was new and pristine. While it’s not directly on the beach it’s a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearly across the street. We brought our bikes and adventured around the island. Saw lots of shells and dolphins. Thank you.”

”We did not even stay at this property thanks to the host. We were about an hour away from the property when the host finally contacted us to let us know he double booked. He tried blaming VRBO stating that he tried contacting them. We ended up having to get a hotel room in which we then contacted VRBO and had no problem getting in touch with them and no problem getting a hold of them.”

”The house is in a great location and they were very quick to respond when we needed them. The only down falls are that where the washer and dryer are is full of vegetation around it so it is a pain to walk to. The cabinets in the kitchen are really tall and you have to use a step stool to get anything down, not a huge deal just more annoying than anything. The kitchen could use more items too. Overall we enjoyed our stay!”

”This property has everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. French doors in multiple rooms to screened in porches brought in ocean breezes and sounds of the island. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, shelling, bird watching, dolphin sightings and seeing some spectacular sunsets.”

”The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front.”

”I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time.
