”Very beautiful and nice comfy property. I would give 5 stars except the parking isn't great, they only have 5 handicap parking spots for a big hotel...most of the close parking of course is valet you pay for. Need more handicap parking and move valet over the hill. Also late checkout is $25 an hour ”

”It was a very nice place! My husband & I were there for our anniversary. The only bad thing I can say about it is that we had a room inside where the pool area was & it was very loud with children & families. We will go back but request a room outside of the pool area! It was very clean & the breakfast was outstanding!!”

”Beautiful property with an amazing view of the mountains .Staff was polite and helpful. I left an expensive pair of shoes, rushing to get back on the road.Not only did they recover them. They shipped them back to me in Cincinnati, OH”

”It was excellent it was a partner hotel to wilderness waterpark hotel cheaper but all water fun was included and free shuttle back and forth. Less money than staying at the actual wilderness hotel ”

”Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”
