Jos olet menossa Blue Ridgein nuorentavaan tauon päivä päivältä, asettuudu tähän ainutlaatuiseen mökkiin metsässä ja nauti omasta kylpytynnyrestään, ulkoilupuusta, kauniista vuoristomaisemista ja paljon muuta. Ja sinä voitte mielelläni, että voit tuoda kaksi koiraa myös pienelle yöpymismaksulle!

Cozy retreat.
Loved this cabin, wish we could have stayed longer. This property is dog friendly. The porch has a swinging gate that can be closed to keep your pet contained while grilling or enjoying the hot tub. The fire pit area is nicely done, just plan on picking up firewood for your stay.

Had an overall good stay. I’m a rental property manager and there are some things I would change. There needs to be a little nicer cookware and utensil set. I feel like they were just old pots and pans from someones home. The pictures make it seem further from the other house but it’s very close. Also the neighbors have dogs. It’s listed in another review but we weren’t sure until they ran on our porch and freaked our dogs out. No harm done, but I would have liked to have known sooner so we could have made sure ours were inside and not able to get outside and something bad happen. Inside was clean and nice and definitely made it feel like a mountain cabin we were looking for. Bathroom was nice but kind of cramped but had a very nice shower.

The rental vs property management
The rental and property was wonderful! The property management was 100% non existent. I sent 3 or 4 messages to property management well ahead of our stay and hours before the arrival window. I never heard back from then at all, ever. All of the check in information that would have been VERY helpful days before arrival was sent within a few hours of the scheduled check in time. The owners have a wonderful little retreat and if they had a good property management co they could increase the rental bookings and customer satisfaction 100x over! Property and locations is wonderful, management co is holding you back!!! Great little slice of heaven though even with the poor property management co!

Almost perfect
We had a great time with the exception of the Jacuzzi hot tub. We booked the cabin for five nights and the hot tub only work the first night and part of the next day. I have sent escasa an email about it and I still haven't heard a response from them even though the two different technicians who came out to look at it said that if it was not repaired within that day that we would receive a refund for the portion of the jacuzzi. Have not heard a word from anyone about it. Thank you

Cute but definitely had complaints.
When we got to the cabin there was a car in the driveway, so we called the company to make sure we were okay to go in and they were very rude. We went in to find it was the property manager, she was really nice and I appreciated her being there checking in. The cabin was very cute however there were some things that were misleading. In the listing it said there was a “private” hot tub. This and the pictures led us to believe that the cabin was slightly secluded; however, it was within a stones throw from another cabin and had a shared driveway. The person at the other property had about 5 dogs that came running out at us when we first got there and this worried us with our dog. Because there was a full kitchen, we decided to bring food to cook. We left a couple of things, such as bread and a box of other items, on the counter and they were very quickly filled with ants. The view would’ve been pretty once the leaves start to fall, but the “Mountain View” definitely wasn’t there. In the middle of the night one night, the batteries in both alarms were starting to go out and the constant chirping was quite aggravating so we ended up having to take the batteries out. The AC worked great, the bed was super comfortable and the roads to get there wasn’t bad at all.

Tiny home in the woods
We spent an enjoyable weekend at this tiny home in the woods. It is right in the midst of the national forest with river tubing and local grocery/deli within 5 miles. We enjoyed a hike at the falls and paddle boarding at Blue Ridge Lake (about 30 min drive from home). The home has a nice bedroom and bathroom. Pretty porch. The view is somewhat blocked by more matured trees around the property, but it is very quiet. I would recommend for a couple, might be a bit small for a family.

Loved this cabin stay, the fire pit area and hot tub set up were awesome. Nice quite area. King Bed is super comfortable. Thought there was 2 beds upstairs but only one twin. Definitely look for address sign cause it’s small and we missed it even with Navigation. Cabin is small and cute, bathroom is gorgeous. Will definitely be back !!!

everything was as advertised. comfy modernized kitchen/bath, very clean. Parked easy access to back of cabin out of view. Hot tub was ready and richly enjoyed! Close proximity to river access at Sandy Bottom canoe launch on the River! would Highly recomend this property !

Great Area - Lots of outdoor activities nearby
Property was really nice, cabin was well maintained. Beautiful views, quiet area out of town, yet still near. Good restaurant down Aska road. Smoked trout was amazing. Cabin is only a few miles from a waterfall and also the swinging rope bridge, highly recommend visiting both. No issues other than what appeared to be the property owners were the neighbors, and their dogs were not leashed. They came onto the property twice during our stay and aggressively barked on the porch blocking the door. Made us nervous to have a fire outside with our dogs since we didn't know when the neighbors dogs would be outside. They did re-call the dogs both times failry quickly, just made us a little nervous since ours were always leashed.

VRBO HAS NO EMPATHY FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS
I was unable to go due to covid, Following the CDC guidelines I informed your company to cancel. I never received a call back to follow up for the next steps. I had to call back myself to find out my money went down the drain. Your company didnt even empathize with my health or acknowledge that I was honest. I was told that I could not even receive credit for a future stay, simply because I didnt see the add insurance for my reservation. I will let my family and friends know to stick to using other platforms for vacation stays which have more compassion for a paying customer and not steal their hard earn money.

Perfect Escape from home !!
We had a great time . The cabin is absolutely cozy. To be honest , looks way better in person than online . Everything was supplied to the T . It was very comforting . Only suggestions .. the hot tub was a bit dirty. Not sure if the filter was working or not . I also did have a bad time trying to reach someone in order to inquire on a late check out . No one got back to me. Over all . The place is great . Will defiantly be coming back. It was the perfect trip ;)
