Cloud Top Cabinista löydät niin ja paljon muuta. Home is as depicted but…
I booked this home for a girls trip, for friends celebrating Mother’s Day and birthdays. When we arrived at the home, the electricity was not working because of a storm that occurred earlier that day. The Escape BlueRidge Management had to help us find an alternative place to stay. They did a very nice job and helping us find a different cabin for the trip. Shoutout to Rhonda for being so helpful and kind! So, I can say this Home was as it was depicted online, I was not able to stay here because there was no electricity.

Beautiful views with a few disappointments.
The Location is amazing! The views (minus dirty windows) were spectacular! The hot tub was hot and outdoor fire pit was perfect on our last night. We had a great time!! The layout is great but a few notes: - There is no powder room. You must go into someone’s bedroom to use the bathroom. - Who ever sleeps downstairs will hear every footstep from upstairs. We did have a great time!! But, we felt this VRBO needs some TLC. Here are a few things that needed fixed: -some kitchen cabinets falling off the hinges -the dishwasher did not work properly. -nail pops on the main level that are very dangerous for kids and pets and hurt pretty bad as adults when you bump or step on them. Don’t go barefoot. -fireplace wasn't working but we had an electrical engineer with us and knew it was not wired properly so we managed to fix it for our use. - The main TV downstairs in the pool room is not a smartTV and does not have ESPN so be prepared to watch sports another way. -pool sticks had no tops on them making it hard to shot a decent shot. -one of the roll away beds was broken. We tied it to make it work with rope we had with us. Also, you need to bring a lot of things for the kitchen to enjoy your stay such as coffee filters (none provided), foil, plastic wrap, containers for left overs (there are none), and your favorite non-stick pan as the ones provided were not great. Again, wonderful trip! Just needs a little love to make it a 5-star property (IMO).

Beautiful home and beautiful views!
This home was perfect for a friends reunion weekend! It is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the outside areas as well as the inside. It is very conveniently located to downtown Blue Ridge but yet is also quiet and secluded.

This house is the perfect location to downtown blue ridge but also feeling like you are nestled high in the mountains (best of both worlds) the property is well equipped if you don’t want to leave at all. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and overall just the company and view. Would highly recommend.

Fall friends get away
The house was a perfect design for 4 adult couples with each bedroom having privacy and its own bathroom. There was plenty of common space for group activities. The kitchen was well stocked and very large accommodating multiple cooks in the kitchen. The view was beautiful and lots of outdoor space for enjoying the view. Now, for the not so good. There is an outdoor fire pit that we enjoyed each evening. The pathway to get to the fire pit area was not well constructed, probably did not meet building code, and was treacherous. You step off the lower porch area onto a natural rock walkway that is 18-24 inches off the ground on a wall with uneven and poorly laid rocks making it difficult to walk safely. There is no handrail and the ground drops off quickly and steeply from the bottom of this short wall. There is no path lighting and the lighting on the eaves of the house are to your back as you walk from the porch to the fire pit area, putting your steps in your own shadow. There is also a steep set of natural steps from the driveway to this same walkway that has un-level and narrow steps making it also very treacherous. It does at least have a handrail. There is no path lighting for the stairs and they are shadowed at night. On our last night, one member of our party who is 75+ years old, stepped on one of the gaps in the rock pathway, fell headfirst from the wall, and rolled about 15 ft. downhill. It is unknown if any corrective action as been taken as requested.

Great Blue Ridge Property
Our second stay in this wonderful mountain cabin. We needed a 4 BR 4 BA property and they are hard to come by. Combine that with a fantastic, close-to-everything location, huge family spaces on both floors, and a great kitchen with extra oven, and you have the perfect spot for our family. We’ll be back!

Beautiful location and scenic views( some trees need to be trimmed). The bedrooms were large and well presented. The living area seemed a bit smaller than the pictures, but it all worked out. For a house as beautifully presented as this, they need to replace or repair the theater chairs downstairs and keep there inventory of glasses up to date. They had 2 wine glasses, I actually bought 4 more and left them there for the next guest,

Treasure Found
Each year we take a family vacation to a rental property. We had 7 adults 2 children and one infant. There was more that enough room for all of us. The 4 bedrooms were very large with a full bath for, and porch each. The game room was very nice and came in handy with the rain we had for a day. One of the big surprises that came in handy were the two kitchens including two range/ovens. The main kitchen could have doubled as a dance floor. Yes it was that big. A very comfortable property that we all loved. The check in time could have been a little sooner than 4pm though.

Best cabin in Blue Ridge
This was our second time staying at this amazing property. It’s cleaner than any other cabin we’ve rented (we go to blue ridge every year for a family vacation) and it’s a whopping 3 min from downtown Blue Ridge. The check-in/check-out is seamless and the management company has always taken care of anything we’ve needed as minor issues pop up. Eden and Emma made sure the cabin was beautiful and welcoming upon our arrival and left little notes and treats for us. Little things matter! We can’t wait to come back again next year.

A wonderful view coupled with being right near town!
Loved the location of this cabin- literally a five minute drive from downtown Blue Ridge- but a secluded view (best of both worlds). A couple of things to note- the cabin does not have a fireplace on the main floor (gas fireplace only and only on the lower floor). The electronics, kitchen gear (pots, pans, cooking utensils) and couches upstairs and downstairs could all use a serious upgrade. For the price we paid for the cabin per night- we would expect better and newer interior components. Still- that aside- the location and view on this one are hard to beat.

Good and bad
Actually I should have read the description better. No Tv in the main living area but there was nothing in the listing that said it had one. There was not enough comfortable seating for 8 adults in one area. Coffee maker didn’t work on arrival but one was delivered by a nice young man the next day. The fancy stone sinks were hard to use due to the height and positioning. Bedding was sub par for a nice cabin. All in all a nice cabin but not what we are accustomed to renting in Blue Ridge. A gas grill would have been nice but again, it was not listed so that one’s on me too. The toaster didn’t work but we made do with making toast in the oven.

Great Family Weekend
Beautiful property with exceptional location. All the great reviews are correct. Close to downtown Blue Ridge but a million miles away from stress. We’ll be back.

Beautiful Luxury Cabin. Phenomenal Views!
The best of both worlds! Close to historic downtown but up on top of the mountain. The house seems like it is floating in the treetops!

We immensely enjoyed our stay! The cabin was great.
The cabin’s location and views were wonderful. It had many extras necessary to accommodate larger groups. Double ovens and double dishwashers were very helpful. We enjoyed gathering for meal prep and meals, games and around the fire pit. Made several trips into downtown Blue Ridge. Will be back!
