”We enjoyed our stay in the cabin and was what needed. A nice place to just ourselves to relax and enjoy the Hot Tub multiple times each day. It was a place that offered a quiet and private. We enjoyed making our own breakfast and our own dinners most evenings. I did bring my own Waffle Maker, Egg Poacher, baking loaf pans, and mixer with mixing bowls to make banana bread. ”Great place directly across the road from Creeper Trail/AT. The house had everything we needed and no problem getting checked in. Damascus is a great town with hiking and restaurants. The house was basically very clean except for some of the fine details - baseboards and things like that. We'd stay again in a heartbeat and recommend this cute house to anyone.”

”My partner and I loved it. The hosts were great, and it was a beautiful experience. There were many Wildlife: deer, Falcons, and even a Bear running across the field. I am already booking another longer stay. Three or more nights are perfect. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal after spending a day on the river, Kayaking or just laying out on their dock.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very private and the surrounding area was very quiet. The view was beautiful. We spent most of our time on the main deck or in the hot tub on the lower level. Working with the host was very easy and she was very quick to respond to any messages. The cabin is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, grilling tools, bathroom supplies, books and puzzles. There are lots of great seating areas with amazing views. Thank you for a fabulous stay!”

”We stayed here to be close to Grayson Highlands State Park and New River to go see the wild ponies and go birding. There were many birds on the property including hummingbirds. Thank you for having the feeder up! We also saw a baby bunny under the shrubs, baby deer, chipmunk, and groundhog on the gravel entrance road. The property was all as described. The only sounds were the birdsong and the creek. :)”

”It was a cute clean little house. Conveniently located to downtown. The driveway was very narrow and the trees needed to be trimmed, but we also had a big truck. There was plenty of seating but no table to eat at and could use a couple bar stools. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the appliances were very nice. Check in and check out were super easy. I would stay again.”

”My wife and I stayed at the Yurt while traveling down I81 and I-77 from Baltimore to South Carolina. The Yurt has all the conveniences of home and is a welcomed alternative to the typical roadside motels. We had an issue with the door lock (operator error). The owner answered my call and walked me through the problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.”

”It is a very convenient location. Across the street is the Grocery store with gasoline and the pizza/sandwich shop. Later, we did walk 250 yards to the brewery. Small parking area for a large p/u truck. Biggest drawback is that it is only 15 feet from the main road going through Damascus, which tends to be busy and noisy. And no front or back usable porch..”
