”The property seemed to be undergoing some renovations, which didn't feel like they were actively being worked at. Almost felt like time was standing still. Hallways smelled like filler materials, but the room itself was small and cosy. Unfortunately there was no hot water coming from the shower nor from the tap in the bathroom. TV did turn on, but the picture was glitching due to some cable/antenna interference or damage. Otherwise nothing more to complain about. Not too bad for the cheap price...

”Of the 5 locations that we stayed at during our travels in Scotland, this was, by far, the best place! Our room was large, but cozy with an Amazing view, and a super comfortable bed. The decor was beautiful and perfect for the large farmhouse style. The breakfast was Excellent, and catered easily to our dietary needs. ”I spent one night at the Waverley Inn in Dingwall, while heading back from a work trip. PROS: friendly staff, clean and spacious room and bathroom, wifi works well, free parking available, excellent value for money, and there's the chance to use a microwave oven in the dinning-hall. Special mention for the microwave oven, I wish more hotels and guest houses offered that option! Cons: on the day I was there, the tv (and tv remote) didn't work; but wifi worked well.
