”This Beach Cottage is as pictured, wonderfully comfortable, perfect for two couples. everything we needed was provided in quantity and quality from linens and towels to appliances and hot water. We live in Fernandina but a long weekend living on the beach with beautiful sunrises is an extra special treat. Our land locked friends who joined us were equally impressed. Definitely on our "wish to return" list. Thank you Amy for taking good care of us”

”Definitely a great location. Owners were very communicative. Place is close to the main town. 3 minutes from the National Park Visitor Center. Needs a tad of updating, we went to bar be cue and there was no gas. I can't give it half a star if not I would rate 4 1/2 stars. ”

”washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay”

”Excellent stay from start to finish. Booked a studio cottage for me and 2 girlfriends for a girls get away. Easy to reserve. Received personal welcome text from staff. Easy to pick up key. Easy and safe parking. Property looks just as advertised. Beds super comfort. Pull out sofa bed very comfortable, too. Bathroom clean and accessible. Shower very clean and water pressure, great. I texted staff for more towels and they delivered them quickly. Whole studio was very clean and had every amenity...
