”We spend one night there. The hotel is right in the center of Grindewald, about 5min walking distance from the train station. The view is great and the spa area with infinity pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. During our stay the weather was rainy and cloudy so spa worked as a good backup plan to spend the day. The other parts of the hotel are outdated and our room just looked old and a bit dirty. The breakfast was ok and service as well. ”

”Hotel was excelent in every single way. Building and the rooms were beautifully renovated and hotel had all the amenities you could hope for. However the service was definitely the high point of our stay. Receptions, restaurant and maintenance staff were highly professional and above all the kindest staff we have encountered.”

”Amazing small cosy hotel, be sure to book mountain side views as it is one of the best views in the area! Breakfast was yummy with fresh eggs to order. Staff lovely and polite. Spa is included which is a great touch, the hot tub was amazing facing the mountains and one of the main reasons I booked this place, although it was cold a couple of nights, they had just had a new and larger hot tub installed so were some teething issues I think, but they made sure it was warm when asked in advance....
